NorthEast Big Event Shaping Up

    I am finally hosting an event at Berkeley County Planetarium at Hedgesville High School, Hedgesville, WV. Am billing it, "Where The Dark Skies Meet The Dark Side". It is kind of a planetarium open house with members of the Tri-State Astronomers, Shenandoah Astronomical Society and the 501st. Carrida and Old Line Garrisons coming together to help me pull it off. There will be displays, free stuff, the planetarium program "Ringworld", sky observering sessions in the planetarium and safe solar observing if clear.     Date of the event is Saturday, September 25th. 1-4 p. m.

    Thank you very much 501st. Carrida Garrison and Old Line Garrison for coming to the Planetarium's open house. Even though the event was sparsely attended, I hope you had as much fun as I did.
