Snoke is Luuke, he wants to kill the real Luke as he's jealous he's just a deformed copy.

 

Snoke is Luke's cut off hand. It's now grown a new body from the force.

 

Rey is the one who slaughtered those padawans, not Kylo. He just took the fall for it in order to protect her.

 

REY IS KYLO REN

 

Ben is Glory.

Chewbacca will die. But to honor the Life Debt, Lumpy will make his film debut. And become Rey's sidekick.

 

Already posted this in another thread but this one seems more appropriate. What if the whole Yin/Yang theory with Rey and Kylo is true but is actually reversed by the end of episode 8? Maybe Kylo is naturally the light side and Rey is the darkside. Kylo has been corrupted by Snoke his whole life but still feels the call to the light. Rey is from a place were the empire was excavating for some strange source of the darkside which could be a clue, maybe someone we haven't thought of dropped her there who knew how powerful she was. Now she is associated with the heroes and will also be corrupted (from a certain point of view) by the light. That would be a big reveal for this movie that would surprise everyone in the theaters.

this is an interesting inversion. Some would be opposed to the idea of Dark Rey, but it doesn't necessarily mean she's like Sith Lord kind of Dark. If Rey and Kylo become allies sometime in the next two movies, that could be a balance in the Force. Rey being naturally Dark Side, but can use the Light while Kylo is naturally Light Side but with affinity to the Dark. It could also open up a better perspective about the Force, that the Dark side isn't necessarily bad, it's just a crucial part of the entire Force package.

 

Any revelation of who Snoke is, is a big twist, sort of. If it's a new character, then that's such a failure story-wise and not a twist.

 

IX will end with Bob Newhart waking up in a church to his autistic son who is visiting him but still staring at that goddamned snow globe.

 

Quentin Tarantino's replacing Colin Trevorrow as director of Episode IX....now isn't that a big twist?

We discover that Luke and Leia aren't brother and sister and Rey is their love child. Ben Solo caught his mother cheating and that turned him to the dark side. Han doesn't acknowledge Rey in TFA because it's too painful for him to think about Leia and Luke lying and cheating behind his back. Luke goes into hiding because he's ashamed of betraying Han. Kylo tracks Luke down and kills Luke's students as payback for breaking his parents marriage apart.

 

Snoke ends up being Ric Flair who is in search of a way to wrestle for another 50 years.

 

Maury Povich walks in and reveals that Darth Vader is everybody's father.

 

I wouldn't mind a page out of Children of Men's book where we find out the Resistance is pretty messed up in its own right.

 

What if this is the Prequel of Reys Journey. She turns to the darkside and is disfigured in Episode IX then be the "Vader" of Episode X-XII

 

If so, I can't wait to hear John Williams' reaction.

 

Yes, Rey's "sister" Ben, will travel to Rey's temple of solitude "castle" in order to turn her back to the light side and end the dark-side winter. Along the way Ben will pick up some characters (Poe, Finn), to help him in his quest and provide comic relief.
