Buff, NY Birthday Party Request - 10/26/08 CANCELED

What: Birthday Party Request
When: Sunday October 26, 2008
Time: 2pm
Where: Lockport Town Country Club

The party will be for approximately 30-40 people with children 6-10 years old.

The parents have requested we perform a duel in addition to the Jedi Academy. Lisa, Eli, and/or Marty, can you please check your availability for this (no tentatives please).

I'm in for this after all it is in Lockport!!!

I work until 230-3ish on Sundays, but I'm sure I can leave early if necessary.

 

Larry is available for this, Janice is not.
R2 is a glory hog.

 

It depends on the time for me. If it's after 1 pm, I am in.

I can't say 4 sure on this. Right now our weekends are limited because we are relying on other people to help with our siding & rest of the house stuff so it depends on their schedule. Count us out for now, but if we can we will do it.

 

We may be out of town that weekend. I'll let you know if anything changes.

If Eli cannot make it, would anyone else be interested in learning a duel? We should have a few anyhow, incase someone cannot make an event that requested a duel. Antoine? Gil? I know you have mentioned that you want to learn, PM me.

I am unfortunately going to cancel this appearance request. We are unable to fill the requests for the Jedi Academy and a duel.

I will let the parents know and see if they are still interested in having a couple people stop out.

 

Too bad it was on a day we couldn't all do it with the amount of kids that would have been there. Sunday afternoons that Rob is working are going to be tricky for me this year, unfortunately. It used to be Saturdays, when everything was on Saturday... Now that I have Saturday's free.. everything is on Sundays... I can't win! LOL
