Buff, NY Birthday Party request 11/11/07

Birthday party request changed from 11/18 to 11/11, considering the parade is Saturday not Sunday.

When: Sun 11/11
Time: 1:30-2:30 (updated)
Where: AMF Lancaster lanes, 4913 Transit Road, Depew

This is for a 10 YO boy. Number of kids I will get probably tomorrow, but I was told around ten or so.

We will have use of a part of the bar area at the bowling ally and will come in after the bowling and lunch. The mom will have a few cameras, so there will be lots of pictures. She is using the photos for inserts in the thank you cards. I was thinking the Jedi Academy as usual and photos.

This is for a friend at work's son who LOVES Star Wars.

I have some ideas on transitioning into the room (either light or dark) and having me leave before Vader arrives so that I could stay in character during the academy. I know that Karen (the mom who I work with) wants to see the Sith Anakin, so maybe the dark transition into the room; especially now that we have a stormy and a Guard... Just some scenarios I have been contemplating that I think may work. I'll ask Karen and see how evil she really wants me to be with her son.

 

Is Eli coming? His post says "Tentative".

I was hoping to skip this one, but since Eli was tentative, I pushed to go so that we could do the Academy. My Snowtrooper is also in need of a backpack repair that probably won't be fixed in time.

If statuses change, we need to update please.

 

THANK YOU CHRIS! That's OK regarding the Snowy. The Guard will work just as well, if you still want to make it in leiu of Eli coming as Vader.
