    Hi folks,

    We have a request to attend a birthday party in Lockport on August 26. This party is for the auction winner from 2015's Star Wars Night. We had to cancel last year's appearance because it conflicted with another event. So I feel that we should really step it up for them this time around.

    Event is in Lockport at a private residence, so I will send out the address to the participants before the event.

    Event Info
    Date: Saturday August 26
    Appearance time: 6:30pm
    Arrival time: 5:30pm
    Location: Lockport

    There will be a secure room for our members to change and store personal items.

    Please post as soon as possible with your availability. I will most likely be unavailable as I usually work at 5pm on Saturdays.

    It seems that I cannot say this often enough. There are 208 views of this thread, and only 13 replies. Frankly, that is ridiculous. We have already had to reschedule this event twice over the last two years, I do not want to have to reschedule this again. I need everyone who has viewed this thread to state if they are available or not. It is only a couple hours, for the gentlemen who won the raffle that we offered up to the Bisons for SWN 2015.

    If we cannot dedicate ourselves to minor appearances, I am no longer going to schedule them. We cannot disappoint these people any longer.
