Buff, NY Bisons Check Presentation - August 13, 2011

What: Check Presentation to the American Heart Association
When: Saturday August 13, 2011
Time: Gametime is 7:05pm
Where: Coca Cola Field

I am still collecting details but wanted to pass the news along that the presentation is set for August 13. Anthony is planning something special for us, so I will need a headcount by July 30.

A few cotumers may be requested to be in costume for the check presentation, but the request has been for helmeted characters. If you have a cosume that hides your face and would like to volunteer, please let me know.

Edit: 2 helmeted (faces covered) costumes are needed for the evening. So far, I've been asked to keep Vader at home as people have been upset in th past that I wasn't available for pictures afterwards like at SW Night (at request of the Bisons). Any volunteers? I have my guard, but will step up if no one is available

Anthony is going to let me know what games will work for us to present the check to the American Heart Association. We can also make it a group outing to kick back and have some fun. Once I get the dates, I'll post for everyone to vote.

We may need a few characters to help present the check. Traditionally, we've been asked to use helmeted characters, but I've asked Anthony to let us know what he would like.
