I plan on going to see it either Thursday or Friday. Not sure yet. Most likely Thursday.

Yup. The only way I wont be going Thursday is if my wife goes out of town Friday. She is talking about going to her moms on Saturday, and if I can get her to go and stay the night Friday, I am going to hold off until then, to go see Blade.

Blah, its not what it sounds like. Let me expand on that... A close friend of her moms that used to babysit my wife and her sister, and they look to as a family member that they are so close with, has major, major heart issues, and isnt expected to live much longer. This will probably be the last time she can come down to virginia, and I thought Dee should go and stay the night and take her time there, and enjoy the time she can get with this lady. See? I wasnt being an ass.


Actually, it is a sad situation, because the person feels its there time to go. I even brought up looking for donors and such, but they dont want to do that. I would fight it to my last breath, but each person has to make their own decisions, I suppose.

By the way, she is going to stay Friday night, but I am going to see what I can do about Thursday. However, HALO 2 may be an option for me later in the night on Friday, if folks are up for it. Fett mentioned we could play there, or we could do it in Rocky Mount or something, but if we do it up here, Fett cant come, because he has his kids.

Someone let me know whats going down with that, and I will let you know what he and I can do.

Friggin real estate agent is dragging her feet in a huge way. I am almost at wits end about this. We are supposed to have this new house inspected by Dec. 22nd, and I DONT want to spend the money it costs to do that if we dont know whats going on. Lodreh, whats the going price on house inspections, any idea?

 

I'm sure it's free if you ask nice & polite.

 

Would be nice if that worked, but folks gotta make a living, so I am sure I cant find a house inspector for THAT price.

 

well if you just play your sigriend and ray act it might work, or pull a pitty story about how your old and can't afford to pay full price say "social security checks aren't what they used to be"

 

Come back and talk to me when you have some real responsibility like kids and bills and such, and arent living at home with mama. Until then, I'm not paying much attention.

 

Jimmy's closes at 5:30 today... Guess I'll have to be in RM early. Guess I'll leave work early, especially since tomorrow will be mooie longo day-sa.
