Who else is snowed in? *raises hand*

And I have no food :[ I can survive on cookies, but my waistline would suffer greatly.

We are have been getting it in MA today. I say we have so far 6 to 8 inches. It did let up some and now it looks to be hitting on all cylinders again. I have seen news clips from the various other parts of the East Coast getting nailed and all I can think about is we will be getting this. What fun.

there's a few inches here more coming. I can get around if I wanted to but plenty to occupy my mind right here.

I can't get around at all, mostly because I don't drive (even if I did, I wouldn't go out in this) and it's really not good for me to walk around in this weather since I've been sick and I have an interview tomorrow.

No place will deliver, and if they do, they're charging extra and I have no money whatsoever. Gary is enjoying his gourmet meals out in Vegas, there's a comforting thought.

It just started coming down hard again. Fantastic.

I am in Old Saybrook, CT. and the snowfall wasn't as bad as I thought.

There was about 4 to 5 inches in the late morning.

The highway roads weren't too bad so I got to Mohegan Sun Casino in good time to go see The Crickets and Comets show.

Sorry to hear you got snowed in Marie.

I hope you get a friend to pick you up and get you out of the house for a little while.

I was supposed to go to a birthday party today but they cancelled it. So, I found things to keep me busy around the house (as if I wasn't doing that before). I watched the Olympics, then snuggled back in bed and watched some more of my Lost DVD. I fell asleep and when I woke up, it was almost 9pm. Since then, I've watched more Olympics than I care to admit and a really good Inside the Actor's Studio with Dave Chappelle.

Sorry to hear you were snowed in Sabrina :-( I was too, in NYC we got about 27"!!!! Since I'm on the 16th floor in my building, I looked out and figured we got maybe 4-5 and I was about to go on a roll about how everything was overblown and we got virtually nothing...then my dad calls me and tells me how much we got! What a shocker!

You should've told me Marie. I woulda come up there and helped you out.

We did pretty good down here. All told it was about 12 inches or so. I had already had the day off so that helped immensely. Some pictures:

Now now...we all know the REAL reason it doesn't snow much by RJ. There's too much heat coming from the house.

I thought Toms River got hit harder than that. I didn't go out with a ruler to measure, but it looks like 9-12 inches where I am.

I was waiting for the El Diablo comments. LMAO. They even mentioned how much Toms River Styx got on the news before.

I was okay with being snowed in, there isn't much to do when it's this bad anyway. I've been alone all week, so I guess I was bummed because I was supposed to see some old friends and the snow put that off. I miss interacting with people sometimes.

I got some 90 Shilling today. It should have come on Saturday so I could have been snowed in with pizza and 90 Shilling to fill me up.

Yeah, that snow in Vegas sucked.

ok so there wasn't any, but I got a WELCOME HOME from the shyte when I got in a 5:30AM. Luckily the wind blew most of the snow off the cars in the lot, so all I had was some on the hood.
