I seem to still get these jagged lines around the edge of my actor,

I read the very well done totorial on "green screening" done by daftmaul but I cant get the jagged lines to disapear...is there any tips from people out there about it cuz if I get better at colour keying it would greatly help my project.

ps. in case you didnt know, Mauls tut. is for blue/greenscreening in Adobe After FX

    have you tried using:

    a) the color difference keyer instead?

    -or-

    b) the Simple Matte Choker?

Try using DvMatte. It was designed specifically for the kind of problem you're facing, keying DV footage.

There is also a good photoshop method to modify the footage to give you a fairly clean key.

    The tutorial is here

    Checkout DvMatte here
