Blue Twi-lek Jedi chick= too cliche?

Here's a newsflash I bet a lot of people didn't know. I created the Blue Twi-lek Jedi chick. In a fanfic. In 1998. before Blue was even a color known to Twi-leks and the only Jedi of that species was Tott Doneeta.
But now every other Jedi fits this description.... Aayla Secura, Deshaera'Cor, Aleema Rar. There have been illustrations in Gamer, etc.
They're everywhere. Suddenly I don't feel my character, Hal'sheena Reese is so special or unique anymore. SO how is it, a character I created more than 4 years ago has become a basis for many more. Pure coincidence, or am I Star Wars psychic?

 

In a RP, I once turned my saber off mid-practice dual, before Corran did so in Dark Tide. Wasn't anything big, it's just he saw the same thing as me, quick feint.

 

Wasn't there a blue one in ROTJ?

 

Lym Me? Nah, she's mostly white with a purple tint.

 

lyn me is more of a chalk white with a purplish tint.
