Board Proposal: Spoofs General

Name: Star Wars Spoofs

Purpose: Two actual purposes. One is to discuss Star Wars spoofs, nudges, and finger-pointings in every movie that you can find.

The second one is for fan's to make their own spoofs. These could be movies or writings.


I don't expect this to go anywhere, but it's worth a shot.

If someone wants to make a spoof movie, I think that would be best in the Fan Films forum. As for a spoof writing, I'm not positive, but that might fall under the Fan Fic forums.

 

I don't think there would be enough interest to warrant a new board.

 

Yes, I think a single thread could hold all the stuff in the first reason, and the second reason is split into the Fan Films board and the Fan Fiction forum.

Yeah, probably SW Community for the first(unless it turns into a Fan Fiction), and FanFilms for the second. There are already forums to handle these, so there isn't a need, in my opinion, for a new forum to house these.

 

Written spoofs = yes, fanfiction. We have enough forums that cater to the idea you?re purposing. Just find the right forum, post, and you?re home free. I don?t believe we need another board.

Anyway, I agree with everyone who said that spoofs can be divided up pretty well among the forums we now have. The CT spoofs have been doing well in their respective forum.

 

This to me is most appropriate for Fan Films or the individual SW Forum appropros to that particular movie.
