Boba Fett IS dead

Well Boba Fett was one of the original designs for Darth Vader,

First I've ever heard of that.

This argument continues to entertain me. It's amazing that the Boba fanboys just can't imagine he was dead in 1983. Yes, he was brought back in the comics with some super lame backstory about Dengar rescuing him. However, until that happened Boba Fett was dead. Unfortunatly, by bringing Boba back the authors have lowered SW to the level of daytime soap operas. What they've done with his story since has taken away all of his coolness factor.

 

Obviously, since there's no debate going on here, or any other time that the death or survival of Fett gets discussed.

 

There's also A Barve Like That, which wasn't super lame ( aside from co-opting a real-life joke and just substituting "barve" ).

 

Which is why, a few Dark Horse comic pictures aside, I have completely and utterly ignored every bit of it.

 

No really, in many of the original notes Fett and Vader were one and the same.
