I just picked up the new Timothy Zahn book Allegiance this weekend. I think it came out last week. VERY GOOD so far! It takes place after the destruction of the 1st Death Star, I'll keep everyone posted on it.

I got sucked into reading Irish romance novels...
When I get out of this spin cycle of artificially
perfect love I'm going to need to pick up something
    more mentally challenging.
    Any suggestions?

    Funny you mention that.
I was just thinking about my copy of that
and of Musashi by Eiji Yoshikawa when I was
answering a post earlier in Japanese.....

Musashi...my favorite book of all time! I`ve read it numerous times. Sometimes I just read parts of it at random. Try Taiko by Eiji Yoshikawa. Another amazing book. Huge but amazing!

    [face_laugh]

Oh, I'm sorry, you were being serious [face_blush]

Yeah, I'm still stuck after the first three. I have all of the rest of them (just bought the newest yesterday) except for Sacrifice because it's hard cover, but I'm really planning on catching up while I'm here in Baltimore. Maybe while I'm home briefly for christmas i can steal someone's copy of Sac to take back with me? O:)

In FURY, near the end of the book, when the Jedi are planning their move against Ceadus, doesn't the narrative voice refer to Qui-Gon vanquishing a Sith on Naboo?

For some reason that rings a bell. I vaguely remember reading that but just chuckling at the mistake and forgetting all about it. I haven`t been able to go back and see though.

The error is on page 362, which is actually the advance excerpt of the NEXT novel.

"Jedi had killed Sith before. They said Qui-Gon Jinn killed a Sith on Naboo..."
