BOWL-A-THON Benefiting Autism Speaks- Greater Boston
    Sunday, March 6, 2011, 1-3pm

This is an event going on at:

    Boston Bowl
    820 Morrissey Boulevard
    Boston, MA 02122

From what I can tell both Ten Pin and Candlepin are available.

The cost is $20.00 per person or get a lane for $100 with 4-6 bowlers both include :

2 hours of bowling, shoe rental with socks, 2 slices of cheese pizza, 1 soda & 5 game tokens.

This will be a great meet and helping out a great cause.

Please post if you are attending so I can contact Kelley at Autism Speaks.

    Thanks and see you there.

This is definitely something I can get behind...would just need a ride to and from. Would also definitely bring my house shot arsenal (and I'd have a good idea which balls to bring b/c my friend Ray, who runs the pro shop @ Westgate Lanes, has Boston Bowl as one of his other locations). :D

I can also set up an event on FB for the group, if you'd like. :D

Cool sounds like we have 4 definite with a possible 5th person.

I will be talking with Autism speaks and get us enrolled for this event.

Turns out they've scheduled a nine-game marathon handicap tournament for the bowl-a-thon day at Westgate Lanes, but I'm still committed to this event (Nine games without a break may be too much for me, plus I'm not ready to pony up $100 for the entry into the marathon).

EDIT: With the event drawing closer, I've also created our Facebook event for this. :)
