I had a cat. She was fearless and she thought she was a big dog.

Well seeing as I introduced everyone to Egypt in the other cat thread, here I am with Rufus.



I was catsitting him for a few months last year. Unfortunately he and his owners have moved away now. It blows cuz ever since I first moved here about a year and a half ago he'd sit outside the door to my flat and wait for me so he could say hi.

 

Cookie has developed a rather "demanding" request. She won't go upstairs at night, unless I carry her on a cushion; Cookie will not get off, until she is on my bed and just casuals walks off and goes to sleep.

 

Talk about cattitude.

In some ways, modern society is like ancient Egypt: we write on walls and worship cats.

 

I kinda do worship my cat. Probably too much.

 

Your cat would probably think there's no such thing as too much.

I'm more of a dog person, but we had a cat when I was a kid and she was awesome. Her name was Molly. Solid black, 8 pounds, really cute, and a total badass.

My cat must be a freaking awesome hunter. He won't touch his cat food but he spends all day outdoors and keeps growing. The only possible explanation is that he's eating every bird and rodent in his territory.
