Well, I know that a "Hat Trick" is 3 goals by the same person....and I kinda thought Steph could do better than that....as in "Shut-out", meaning ALL of them.
But you're right, I don't know all the hockey lingo yet. I wish someone would explain "Iceing" to me......and no Chris, I don't mean the kind that gets stuck to the tip of your lightsaber! [face_devil]

Hey there Launch, you are really thinking...but,

#5. The word COMMITTEE, while being close...is not the answer I was looking for since the double letters must all be together in a row.

#7. Another good attempt, but the contractions HE'LL, SHE'LL, are not technically personal pronouns......sorry!!

#8. Now THIS was impressive!!! You got more meanings than I did!! Out of the 8 I had...you got 3......5 more to go!

Active brains are refreshing...don't you agree! [face_mischief]

I'm not sure if the last one has been finished yet, but to keep the ball rolling, here's another.

Are 1997 nickels worth more than 1992 nickels?

Well Chris, there are actually two answers to the question......

you can turn the equation upside down....

or you can read it standing on your head!!

    108 = 6 x 18

    Either way works! :p

Professor Zizoloziz puts 40 matches on the table and explains a game to his friend Kathy.
Each player in turn takes 1,3,or 5 matches. The winner is the one who takes the last match. Kathy chooses to go first and takes 3 matches.
Who do you think will win this game, Kathy or the professor?

Well, with a name like "The professor" you`d figure that he would win.... ;)

I think you're correct Ian.....but you're supposed to explain WHY!!!

No matter what the professer does, because Kathy went first, she will always be subtracting an odd amount from an even number, leaving an odd amount....never zero.
The professer will always be subtracting an odd amount from an odd amount...and can eventually take the last match. Am I right? ?[face_plain]
