    Might of been my tired eyes at 2:45am this morning; but did the slave boy on Canto Bright use the force to pull the broom towards him?? it was only near him but i'm sure he pulled it towards him.

    Exactly. Turns out Rey isn't a Mary Sue or a big parentage reveal.

    She's just one of the first of extremely talented Force sensitives being birthed around the galaxy.

    That ending was bit weird but it kinda worked. Still I don't think we will see him again in episode IX at least.

    I don't expect to see him again either. I think the main point of it was to showcase that there is random force sensitive beings around the galaxy, Rey being one of them.

    I get what Rian was trying to do and it was like ok for an ending but i think he overestimated how much we'd remember/care about the kids almost right after Luke dying and everything right before that too
