I know, already I am posting for the next con but last year went so well I know we don't want to miss out on it again-at least thats what I am thinking.

They have announced the dates for Bubonicon 2005

    Dates: August 26-28, 2005
Where: Wyndham Airport Hotel, Yale Blvd & Gibson SE
Pass Costs: $35.00 per person this year.

No prices on tables yet though.

This year, I will be getting my own table but will ask to be near you guys-so I won't be able to work the Mos Alba table but I can still help if you need it. Hopefully we can get the corner again. I think it worked really well for us.

Anyways, maybe we can get together something for the costume contest and such this year. I know Donna was thinking of some awesome ideas for a skit.

Dealers are Limited to Two Tables Maximum

If they added one more table in that tiny room....we would be a Fire Violation for sure! :p

Alright, y'all. Bubonicon 37 has one table left, and I'm dropping off the money for it today.

I have three memberships available. Who plans on working the table for at least two days of the con?

    I need to know ASAP.

    Oh yeah, quick update:

I managed to meet up with Craig from Bubonicon today and paid for THE LAST TABLE in the dealer's room.

I paid for the table plus the max of 5 memberships.

Now, how those memberships will be doled out is another matter, and hence why I asked who would be working the table at least 2 of the days (Friday/Saturday, Saturday/Sunday, Friday/Sunday). Oh yeah, and you still have to pay for those memberships - they ain't free. FYI - $25 bucks a pop.

As we did last year, we'll do mostly first come first serve. BUT NOT YET. I have to get some stuff figured out before I take any ... takers. o_O

Regular admission/membership for the con is now running at $30 for the weekend, $35 at the door. Daily rates will go up later - check the Bubonicon site.

May meeting we'll start putting together a *gasp* committee for Bubonicon organization.

    More info to come!

Sitting behind the table. Selling toys. Accepting donations to Toys For Tots. Taking money in exchange for a raffle ticket. Singing and dancing to attract attention.

    Great!

Does that count for everybody? We'll do Dealer Memberships first come, first serve, I think.

Or maybe not. I'll PM those who have said they are interested.
