I believe Earl was just trooping the con. He's going back and forth between the con and the Anasazi suite.

Oh, Alfonso said if we can set up on Thursday, he can drop it off. If not, then someone needs to pick up Vader on Friday. It stands about 6 ft tall he says, so it'd have to be a truck or van. I should be able to get it.
I got a postcard from them today the doors open at 3:30 and we can not set up before 2:30 on Friday...
I have a truck we can probably use. But some things we can discuss on Monday, I have info on the size of the area we have and everything... 3' x 3' only...
so where are we meeting at again?
BTW, I need to check but I may have a grind we can put up behind us so we can hang things up and such... but time for bed. I will see you in the morning!

Bob, I thought so, but I figured the more I know the more that can be passed along to the Anasazi crew. I have people I can volunteer for things if you need something during the con.
Also I would like to help both groups as much as I can. I will primarily be with the Anasazi, but I will be wondering around all weekend. If something is planed in regards to costuming, I can be available for a comparison between Stormtrooper and Scout.

um, i don't have it on me it was just basic informaiton on size, times and like we have to have something to cover the table if we leave and for overnight. And somethings that are going on there-like the showing of the 1979 classic-THE BLACK HOLE!!! I have it on record any one want it?

Earl we will probably be giving info on the con at the next monthly meeting and posting it here. Like Bob said we are only planning things and scheduling people at this meeting. Planning as in things like layout and such...
