So far Strawbary & TX4277 are the only ones that I think mentioned the possibility of needing tickets for non-costumers, but I'm not sure of a count.

That will work for now. They asked us to appear, not sell tickets for them.

Is the list of attendees updated? I will take the list with me and tell them what costumes will be there.

Wouldn't it be cool to to have Daria go out as Leia ANH then do a quick change & come out as Ewok Village Leia

That would be possible. We won't have a Leia coming from Buffalo.

Dammit! None of these scores from SW really goes with my Luke Jedi garb... maybe I'll go for Tatooine Luke after all. Nothing really goes with that outfit though either, do they? Too bad I haven't a Throne Room (Ceremonial) Luke jacket and pants... And now that I see the "Raiders March" on the program, I'm thinking of breaking out the Indy again...

If the time is tight and I end up going, I could always bring my Leia as well. That'd really throw 'em off. LOL

MadKidJedi I think your Indy would be a most excellent addition for this concert! The Indy music is being played during the first half so you would have time to change into Anakin for the 2nd half.

Everyone make sure to check out the Buffalo thread for an update posted today by BobaChris.

The conductor wants to be able to do a dry run of the performance with anyone taking part, especially ones that will be on stage. They may ask for us to arrive earlier than 6pm to rehearse. Would this be a problem?

I figured we might be able to arrive early, rehearse, then grab something to eat before the show.

I will know more when the conductor arrives in Buffalo on 11/22.

I don't foresee a problem with getting there earlier. I think all of us have off that day.
For myself, I would just need to know exactly when (and after the 22nd is fine) so that I can set-up the babysitter appropriately.

MadKidJedi have you decided what you're doing costume wise for this yet?
They have both a Tatooine Luke & PADV...
They don't have an Indy, but I don't know if you want to do that for the whole evening.

I told the BPO about Dean's Indy costume, but they didn't seem too interested. If anything changes, I'll let you know.

I guess I could still work up that Luke ROTJ outfit. Don't lack much to make it complete; just boots, a flap for the tunic, a vest (can you say thrift store?), and a quickie belt I can probably find at home...

Also, let's get the whole carpool/caravan planning rolling...
Basing plans on BobaChris12's post of 11/16 that we need to arrive at 6pm, let's meet at Tinseltown at 4pm. That gives us 1 hr and a 1/2 for drive time (mapquest says 1 hr 20 mins) and a 1/2 hour to use getting loaded up in the cars at Tinseltown, get lost finding the place once we get there and/or grabbing a snack in Buffalo.

Making the assumption that we will not have dinner until after the concert concert - everyone make sure to either have a big lunch and/or to bring some munchies for the car ride out there.

Just a heads up... I hear there's supposed to be a fair amount of snow starting tonight through Saturday evening. For those driving in the caravan make sure you're prepared w/ snow brushes and anything else you might need for winter driving.

EDIT: TX4277 if you could bring your walkie-talkies that would be cool.

We have room for 2 more plus gear in our car as the car seat will be gone from the back of the Avalon. Also, we have the babysitter set-up through Sunday morning so we're planning on staying after the concert - if folks decide to go out afterwards.
