    Just after 10pm AEST.

If you're online, listen to ABC newsradio online if your NASA TV stream becomes laggy. This is assuming you're not near a radio/tv.

It'll be a textbook landing without incident. Someone today told me the 1 day delay was just to attract interest, but I doubt it. There's human life at satke, they're not just delaying for ratings.

Anyway, most of you will read this after a safe landing anyway.

Safe landing, for anyone who didn't hear. Pretty decent touchdown considering it was pitch black. ;)

As a visual spectacle, you didn't really miss much Johnnage. Mostly blurry infra-red footage through a long lens.. right up until touchdown, when it momentarily changed to extreme close-up and then reverted back. However, I do agree with SM's sentiments at the technological wonders of the time we live in. What I found most interesting was the telemetry supplied with the footage. Some of the readings in relation to speed, temperature, altitude, and their respective rates of descent, were utterly mind boggling.

It's a shame that Atlantis won't be going up next month.

Hopefully the insulating foam issue can be resolved very shortly, and the remaining 3 Actice Shuttles can serve out their time (until 2010 when they're to be replaced) with distinction and without incident.
