One of the local burger joints here has a Mediterranean Burger. Its made of lamb meat, served with sundried tomatoes and feta cheese and some secret sauce they came up with. Its very good, and its just a different tasting burger. I love it.

 

Jello orders a cheeseburger, hold the burger. No ketchup? (I don't remember)

For maximum flavour, keep them clean, and keep them simple.

1 X Wagyu patty

2 x strips of very thin bacon, fried to the point that they are almost like crackling. The strips should be so brittle that they almost snap with the lightest touch when lifted

1 X slice of Fromager d'Affinois cheese

2 x thin slices of tomato

Some rocket

1 X slice of tasty cheese melted onto the patty

A dollop of one of the following: spicy chili sauce, tomato sauce, hollandaise sauce, dijonnaise, English mustard

 

Homemade, with a nice cheese blend? That's my favourite.

 

I make turkey burgers with goat cheese, spinach, and Dijon Mustard in the patty. Add the ketchup, thin sliced red onion, more mustard if you like and tomato. All on an onion bun.

what's with the burger bread (buns?) in america anyway. all the places i went had that kind of bread that looks like it's made from plastic and should only be sold at mcdonalds.

Before cooking, I use a combo of Italian and roasted garlic seasonings, one from Morton and one from McCormick. Afterwards, I just put ketchup on it.

There's a very popular burger joint here that specializes in putting a lot of flavorful toppings on the world's blandest burgers. What's the point of a burger if you need lettuce and condiments on top of it, I ask?
