Count me and flora in on this also with the kids. unless something comes up we are good to go.
Cool! It will be great to see you guys again.
I can't wait! must have some fun!
Well my PA Ren Faire trip got pushed back a week so I think I can make this event if you guys will have me of course.
I do need a place to crash at afterwards since it is like a 4 hour drive for me, and I would prefer to avoid to have to drive 8 hours in one day!!
I can probably put you up for the night.
I don't know if this has been posted yet;
All their fun Halloween stuff. I just went there this past weekend with my friend for her birthday and I can't wait to go again.
But Festa Italia as Festa Dementia makes me want to cry. ;-; Too many clowns.
And Apollo's Chariot at night in the rain makes me want to cry too, because it rocks so much.
We REALLY have to all go on a coaster and when the picture is taken, do something REALLY STUPID.
WAHAHHAHA~ *cough* Yeah.
Are we going to meet at Potomac Mills, as originally planned?
That I do not know, I guess it depends on who all ends up going and is anyone is getting rides with anyone else.
Since we all drive at different speeds and junk, it might be wise to just meet down there. Unless we want to make a group caravan out of it...
I can't wait, the Halloween stuff sounds fun!
Well, speaking for us Southern Marylanders (Sharon and I), its easier to meet you down there, or at minimum, meet up in Richmond, but that will get complicated. For us, its out of our way to drive up to DC and over to Potomac Mills, when we would take US 301 S past Fredericksburg and on into Richmond.
Also, I need to know how many more tickets I need to purchase. I'm getting a ticket for Liz, and possibly Eugenia's friend, Tristan. I can get tickets up until Friday before.
Then it probably makes the most sense to meet down there. No need to go out of your way if you don't have to!
I just located my tickets yesterday. It's a miracle, I thought they were lost for sure.
Oh, that wouldn't have been good.
I will be at the main entrance with the last-minute tickets (scalping them of course ). Typically, I'll be one of the early one's there.
So what time are we planning to meet down there? Park opens at 10am, I believe.
I want to be there at 10. I want to march my butt straight over to Apollo's Chariot before the scary clowns come out. O_O!
Alpengeist is better.
And you know you looooove the scary clowns.
I will aim to get there at 10, but I make no guarantees. So the meeting time should be a little later than that.
Much later. Because I'm sure I'll get stuck in traffic or something.
Yippee! I got off work on the 18th. I got confirmation today I was sweating the possibility I wouldn't get off!
I will meet everyone at Bush gardens I may need to cut out a little early since I work the next morning.
So, should we plan on getting there by 11am?
11 sounds good.
I think Ken is giving Triss his ticket - he really hates rides so it's a big waste of money for him to go when she can use the ticket. But we'll see as the time gets closer.
I think I'm just going to hide and watch to see how many of you actually show up this time.
Thats an aweful long drive just to see how many of us show up. We're no longer meeting at Potomac Mills, Roger.
OK, just as long as we're meeting inside the main gate... I plan to get there earlier and get a few rides in beforehand. Of course, knowing me, that is subject to change. But I will be there by 11!
Well, if you get there at 10, then by all means, hit the Alpengeist as often as you can, but make sure to be out front at 11.
That way we can decide on meeting for lunch and dinner or whatever we might want to do as a group.
All do my best to be there at 10, since Liz will be riding with you, Val, and I will have her ticket. (Unless she changes her mind.)
Well I guess it might help if she had her ticket. Heh.
Yeah, I'm sure that will be important, sooner or later.
She don't need no stinking ticket....
come on, someone had to say it.
