Butter or Margarine?

Butter, unsalted.

 

Butter. Mmmmm, this makes me want to make some toast...

Margarine - but usually that's because I was raised around tasteless, saltless, bland butter.

 

Butter, it's much healthier for you than all that fake stuff in margarine.

In Hospitality, we learnt that Margarine is actually black and the companies have to added colouring to it to make it yellow.

It doesn't really matter to me, but if I have to choose, I'll just go with the original.

I like both, but at the moment I like margarine better (regardless of what's in there or not), because butter makes me sick . I don't know why- it's a passing thing though.

 

I prefer butter, since I was raised in the countryside and tasty, home-made butter was always readily available for a quick sandwich or snack. Now I can't stand either margarine or that bland, tasteless variety of butter that's found in the shops so I always buy all of my essential dairy products from the open-air peasant market, where I know that things are fresh and 100% natural.
