Ah yes, the Thirsty Ewok. Loads of fun. Ha ha ha.
Bruce and Leslie, thanks again for offering the class. It was a lot of fun, and I wish I'd signed up earlier... But work kept me occupied until 5 and by the time I got there, the class was full. Yeah, I was one of the ones that just showed up... :\
Toxic, you're very welcome. Hopefully Eric will ask us to do this again next year and I will guarantee smaller classes...maybe do 2 classes with more individual attention paid to each person.
I can't count how many times I got pulled into the Thirsty Ewok by Blade! Whew! If I had a drink for each time, I would have been one inebriated Sith on Saturday night!
I have the first batch of pictures I took from FilmCon 3 on my website. I have more that need to be developed, but they're on a roll of film that's only partially used - I will let everyone know when they get online.
Anyways, you can check them out at my website: http://anakinskywalker.homeip.net/
note: this website is under construction, so there isn't too much available right now. also, if you don't use a cable/dsl connection, you might not want to wait for the entire page to load, as it loads large graphic and music files on most pages.
Let me know what you all think...
Very very nice YAy! Finally a nice big clear picture of my Jango costume, thankyou!
Great pictures but none of me (maybe there's one in that other roll you don't have developed yet)! Hope you don't mind that I emailed the picture of Thrawn to Kris since it's the first one I've seen where he's not in a group of other people in costume.
I had to get a nice picture of Jango - it was a killer costume!!!!
CaptMereel - what costume was yours? i might be able to remember if I have a photo on the other roll.
Wow, great pictures! You even got a good one of me in my Wookietrooper costume! I definitely needed more fur and much longer fur on that thing, sticking out of every possible place... that would have looked better and conveyed the idea of a wookie stuffed into stormtrooper armor much better. I was more like a shorn wookie stuffed into armor. I just couldn't find any really long fur anywhere. Ah well, it was a valiant effort anyway.
My favorites from the contest were definitely Kit Fisto and the woman with the AOL CD scale armor. Very inventive and well done! Devan's Jocasta Nu costume was quite good as well. Actually they all looked good.
I was the female Sith Lord all in black, red piping on sashes and inner tunic, Tatooine robe, black face paint, red hair and double lightsabers.
...and on the pay phone.
Very nice. Yeah!!!! A picture of me in my Jocasta Nu costume!!! There were so many good costumes. I feel so humbled to be mentioned about mine. Thanks.
we really need html capability...

Can't wait to see the picture of the Sith and Jedi on the pay phones!
"I am obscured in tello's picture of the Y.O.D.A. singers!"
Not in mine you're not. And that's the one that's going on the official site.
Some of our photos are up from FilmCon, we still have about 20 more to add, so if you just go here .
