C3: How NOT to run a business

If any other company operated their business in the same disfunctional manner as Gen Con, the CEO would be fired without hesitation and the firm would never have a chance to redeem itself.

I have no doubt that the vast majority of the guests this past weekend feel the same as I do. However, I expect the Stormtroopers who control this board will try and prevent C3 customers from posting anything negative about their beloved Celebration.

It is extremely important to voice your complaints. Otherwise, Gen Con will believe that they were satisfying customer demand and refuse to make changes in the future.
