The Holiday Inn would be nice. Put me on the "I need a roommate" list. As well as the "I need a fanclub member to get me in on Thursday" list.

 

I'm a fan club member, i'll get you one of the "friends & family" passes Shawn. We could also room together, anyone else need a roommate?

Please note: You may only reserve one hotel room (up to 4 people) per each Housing Code. For additional hotel rooms, you must have additional Housing Codes.

So anyone with computer access must book a room everyone go for the Holiday Inn if you can't get that one try for the next closest. Remember walking distance is the only way to go best of luck to everyone.

 

Things look good. The Omni (where I currently have a room) is on the shuttle list, so even if I can't get in the HI with everyone, I'm still set.

*Fingers crossed* for the HI.

 

Just a note about our preferred hotel list:

The Ritz Milner (our second choice) and the Comfort Inn (our 4th choice) are NOT on GenCon's housing list.

Therefore, please try to book Holiday Inn FIRST, then the Sheraton or The Wiltshire Grand.

I couldn't book the hotel through the C4 website so I went directly to the Holiday Inn site and made my reservation there. The difference in rates is only $6/night but at least this way I got the room I want.

 

I got the Sheraton and Stacy book a room at the Marriott so 2 room are confirmed.

 

I got the shereton from wed to tue.

 

No Holiday Inn - got a room at the Sheraton, but not the dates I wanted. Couldn't get May 23 (Wednesday) so booked from the Thursday (24th) to the 29th.

 

Okay - is that everyone? Jamie were you successful??

I think we need a quick meeting tonight to discuss our rooming options. Who needs a room? What rooms and dates do we have???

Can everyone make it? If not, post with another day or time that works best for you and we'll try to work something out.

I thought you had reservations at the Omni?? Did you give them up? On the GenCon site the Omni sold out before they even opened up the bookings!
