Working at the theatre is busy, but I've made enough to cover my travel expenses already. Everything else is just cake - large suitcases filled with Star Wars cake (ie. toys, Toys and MORE TOYS)!!

I looked into fan tables at CIV, and I won't be putting in for one. Although we have a lot of cool stuff to share with the community, a table would have to be staffed the entire time, and I don't know how any group could spare the members when there is so much other fun stuff to be doing.

I do think we should still have some promo material with us. Perhaps we can bring down our saber class demo DVD?

I plan on spending some time with the other fan groups to learn some of the cool things other cities do that we could learn from.

BTW, I can't start my day without Starkiller's song post!

 

Thanks for checking it out, Dr. Haggis. I think it's mostly for the groups that don't have to travel that far and can spare the manpower. Taking some promo stuff down is a great idea (buttons, our tshirts, the dvd) - we should definitely plan on it!
