C4 White Leia photo op

IT'S OFFICIAL!

WHAT: An exclusive photo shoot for the Classic Senate 'turtle neck & buns' dress Leias - with other white ANH variants (Ceremonial, Cartoon, Poster Dress) welcome to join! There will be a combined shoot and then individual shoots for each version.

WHO:We'd love to see everyone with this costume show up for this historic FIRST group photo for this costume. It could be the second largest gathering of white seen at the convention! Please bring your cameras, and feel free to bring a photographer/handler with you to assist with photos.

WHERE: The photos will be taken in the R2 builders club room (ROOM 501ABC WEST MEETING ROOMS - See Map) for the express purpose of allowing each Leia a photo op with an R2 as well as the Tantive IV hallway replica.

WHEN: We plan to meet in line at the West Gate Lobby entrance at 8:30am. This the fan shaped arch just to the right of the Concourse (see map). It is the main entrance seen at the right of this photo. If the line is long, we will do our best to arrange for an escort to get us into the convention early for our scheduled photo shoot. We are scheduled to have private access to the R2D2 Builders room from 9:00am - 10:00 am.

SIGN UP: Please reply in this thread if you are able to join us. Let us know which costume you will wear, and if you have a Rebel Legion screen name that is different than TFN - please post that name as well so we can keep our head count straight.

I don't think you mentioned which day this is happening on.

I'd like to know the day because the Rebel Fleet Troopers are scheduled to take photos at that location on Saturday morning.

 

The Leia photo is right before the RFT shoot. As soon as the Leia's are done, we get to kick them out for our turn.

 

Thanks Miana...then after the RFT shoot I get to run back to my hotel and change into TIE for the Trooper Olympics. Unless there is somewhere we can store totes at the convention (I may contact Ed Karl about this)???

 

Maybe we just have the 501st shoot the Leia's and leave the bodies lying about for their photo op.

Whaaaaat? You expect flowers and candy from me? Pfft. I'm the one who painted the play room black remember?

Anyway, I vote for Jos to dig out her "Last Piece of Alderaan" shirt and wear that one.

 

It is on Saturday right before the RFT from 9-10. Can't believe I didn't catch that was missing...
