Café Dragon: a place to socialize...and drink!

I started this because Valyn's got closed. So I am guessing he will not be able to start the same thing over again. I want this place to be just like Valyn's except for the sexual pervisions and such. Because that's what got it locked in the first place. So I hope everyone enjoys it here just as much as they did at Valyn's.
