Call of Duty 2(PC, X-Box 360)

ive tried the xbox 1 version,
it was crap..
dont know about the xbox 360 version though.

 

The X-box 360 version is the exact same as the PC version.

I feel that what they really need is a couple of levels that take place during the battle of the Hurtgen Forest.

 

I can't wait to play the Point Du Hoc level. Only a few weeks now, sadly I haven't paid that off, but I'm basically done with my 360.

 

I'm probably going to pick up the PC version instead of the XBox 360 one (I don't want the one for the XBox 1 because my XBox 1 is nearing its end of its life (it's falling apart). I can't wait.

 

I'll be getting this for 360 but once that is all paid off, I think I'll get a cheap laptop, like an Dell Inspiron 1200(499$) and hook that up with a Pentium II and get CoD1 and play MoHAA on that.

 

Cod 2 looks amazing I want to get it don't know if I will get a console though.

 

Well it's only going to be out for the 360 and PC so if your PC can't take it, you're stuck with the 360.

 

I've preordered it for PC, ought to be arriving within a week or two. I must say I found the demo (El Daba) extremely impressive, I much prefer the new engine. I'm anxiously looking forward to getting my little mitts on the full game.

 

I need to get a video card that features alpha maping first.

 

This game is gonna rock.

 

I loved the demo. I've also played through CoD 1 again, and I forgot how fun CoD was. It's so cinematic.

 

This game will rock awsomely. Can't wait. First game I'll ever have on the newest next gen console. It say's this game will take place from the years 1941-45 so I guess Point Du Hoc will be one of the last or middle missions. Anyone have any idea of how many levels? I know you can jump from one countries faction to another.

 

IIRC, it says 27 levels at the end of the demo (but don't quote me on this. )

 

Wow a possible 27 levels. That's amazing. All that world war two~ish fun (though WWII wasn't fun)

It's out for PC now.....luck punks. But it'll beo ut on teh 360 on the 22nd.

 

Unlucky for me I checked every store that sells PC games in my area and no luck (however, they'll get it Thursday).

 

I was at EB today and they had it.I wonder what kind of gimickl they'll have selling it, when I bought finest hour I got a Limited Edition WWII American G.I action figure/thingeh.

 

IIRC, Best Buy has some sort of exclusive thing. I'm not sure what though.

 

hmmmm, man I hope Errant unlocks the Big Red One thread, I guess most people haven't surmised that CoD2 and CoD2BRO are totally different, and I guess they coulden't tell by looking at the pics for both games I put on the first post.

 

Nooo.....today would've been a great day for the stores in my area to have CoD2 - I have no homework or anything at all to do today. Now I'm going to be bored for the rest of the afternoon. Oh well, there's always the JCC and the CoD2 demo.

Thay's a good score. I was looking at the User reviews and it was so funny some gave a 2.5 "overated; terrible" this idiot was so worried about just multiplayer. CoD is definetly more for single player, I may play this online but it'll be single player first. It got good reviews from IGN, 1up, and etc...I think it'll get a better score for the 360 though, they were worried about lag, controls and how highend your system must be.

 

Yeah, I'm getting CoD2 for its singleplayer than its muliplayer.
