Buff, NY Camp Appearance July 31

Yes, I am aware this is a last minute request...

The Princess/Fett Padawans attend a local Day Camp each day for the summer and they are having a FAMILY NIGHT this WED, JULY 31. The owners are HUGE Star Wars fans and recently discovered our affiliation with the North Ridge.
We have been asked to wrangle up a few SW Characters for an appearance this WED from 630-730 to mingle and add "character" to the night. They will have their archery range open as well as veracious kid friends activities. We would be there mostly for photo ops.
The camp is located off of Tonawanda Creek Road on the border of Pendleton and East Amherst.
A secure location will be acquired for our belongings but the space is limited. I would recommend arriving in as much of your costume as possible.

Again, I am aware this is let minute however it doesn't hurt to ask! The owner is aware this may not work out…

This event will be cancelled in the event of rain (the place turns into a mud pit!!)

I was at the camp this morning and spoke with the owner. Going to cancel the Northridge appearance for this event. With the cool temperatures and rain, the camp is a big mud pit!
Thank you to those who responded especially with such a short notice. I spoke with him about scheduling something more formally for next summer's camp and we will certainly follow up on it.
