Okay, I am new in Spokane. In SeaTown we camped in front of the Cinerama for Eps. II and III. Where is the best place here? I think the AMC 20 theatre is the best theatre I have found in the area, but I doubt they will let fans sleep in the mall.

Eledaia and mightyd4 are heading to the AMC tomorrow to discuss opening night festivities with the management, Nick (mightyd4) used to work there and has some connections, rest assured, we've got everything covered, and chances are, we won't need to camp out because I've heard whispers of a possible early screening for the group...

    Awesome, man. Keep us informed.

For epii the campers were outside the south entrance to riverpark square. I cheated on that day tho. My wife and I hung out in the food court watching for when the amc staff came and let the campers in. Everyone has to go up the escalators so it was a great place to wait. They let us in at 6pm. Six hours early. It was a fun six hours. Then an awesome 2 hours more.

But I like the whole "early screening" thing a lot better.

Spoke with someone there tonight. It went well as she was excited about the idea. I have the phone number of the main person in charge and will give him a call tomorrow and see how it goes.

So more good news on help with costumes and people for the camp out...

"We should still have a full Emperor costume
as well as my Twil and a Leia as well. I think I still have the
mask for the Emperor's Guard, but I'm pretty sure I cut up the robe."

I'll probably drive down to visit them sometime, Walla Walla..??? (Doug and Joy from InCon)

    Good news.

First, yes Doug and Joy are in Walla Walla so a trip to see them and their costumes would be down there.

Second, I got the call back from AMC Theater.

Kelli, I'll call you tonight about it.

Sooooo... Abbey at AMC is working and wants to get us a PRE-SCREENING!!!

So we will have to think of things we can do for them to convince them we need a pre-screening.

AND this makes getting costumes done VERY IMPORTANT.

(on another note my car needs a new engine)

I was going to save this for the meeting, but Casey called me and said his buddy Troy got ahold of a Don Post Vader Helmet, if we were to do a raffle, or something, it would be cool to use the helmet as a hat to reach into for the tickets :p just a neat idea... Casey's bringing the Helmet to the meeting.

I have the new talking/voice changing DV helmet. Not as cool as Don Post, but still. If anyone needs to borrow it, just ask me.
