JCC Campaign for More Irregular Verbs in the English Language (CMIVEL).

I hereby propose that more irregular verbs are introduced into the English language. I believe that some regular verbs should possess irregular past tense forms. For example:

"I brothed air."

"I squozed a lemon."

Please support this important initiative.

I can't offer my support until I get a good reason for it. Your initiative proposal is kind of lacking. Put some more effort into this, please.

How about we campaign for more consistency. Reach = reached, but teach = taught?

 

Upon consideration, I am happy to omit the offending d's.
