    There's a scene I vaguely remember, too vaguely to recall if it was from a movie or tv. It goes something like this: the hero is confronted by a robber but merely says (trying to be as exact as I can) "You don't want my money." At this point the robber says the same thing but like he was in a trance. The hero then says something like "You want to go home and rethink your life-decisions." The robber repeats this as well and walks away.

    I know it sounds like a Jedi Mind Trick but I can't recall hearing it in either SW trilogy. Does anyone Know where it came from?

    "you wanna buy some death sticks"

    "you don't want to sell me death sticks"

    "I don't wanna sell you death sticks"

    "you want to go home and rethink your life"

    "I want to go home and rethink my life."

    Beginning of Attack of the Clones.

    There is a similar bit in the SW Radio Programme when Luke and Obi-Wan are selling the speeder.

    "1200"
    "1200? I put a lot of time and work into her. She handles better than new."
    "You are delusional, young sir. There's no demand for these older models. It's the new models that sell. Even at 1500, I'd probablly have to sell it at a loss."
    "That's not a fair price."
    "That's not a fair price?"
    This speeder is worth more.
    "This speeder is worth more.
    He can have his two thousand
    "Yes. He can have his two thousand."

    <later>
    "Am I approaching second grub-hood? To be taken so easily be a pair of humans?"
