Can anyone help me?

Okay, this has been bugging me for a couple of months... Back in April, me and some friends were flipping channels, and on one of the Spanish channels, they were showing some old kung-fu movie where two of the characters grabbed flourescent lights and used them as lightsabers until they were electrocuted. I've been looking for the title of this movie ever since. The only other plot information I have is that one guy pulls a rickshaw, one is fat and gets in a fight during a card game of some sort, and some women work at what appears to be a tortilla factory. I've been looking at sites where Star Wars connections to other movies are pointed out, but I just can't find it and it's driving me nuts!
