Can anyone identify these characters from ROTJ?

Does anyone know who those people are that are in the room with Vader and Sidious in ROTJ when Sidious is telling Vader to take the fleet to the far side of Endor? They just kind of stand there and don't say anything. One of them bows to Sidious at the end of the scene. Who and what are they? Are they force sensitive?

But to answer your question, their names are Sim Aloo and Janus Greejatus (Aloo is the one that bows). They are Imperial Council members, and they advise Palpatine on various matters. They are mildly Force sensitive.
