Can I ask a question regarding RotJ?

I'ma huge fan but I'm sitting here very hungover and just wondered: In the Death Star when Palpatine is talking to Vader in one scene and then dismisses Vader and turns to chat to two other gentlemen......who the **** are they?!

They are his advisors. Or his "Yes Men" if you will.

 

I always thought they were his Padawans (do Sith have Padawans or are they called differently, like Sith-in-training). That doesn't seem rigth though because they dodn't fight or anything. Perhaps they were confident enough that Vader would protect Palps or that Palps was powerful enough to protect himself.

 

Yeah, it just shows that he's going behind Vader's back and trust does not exist.

 

They are Janus Greejatus, and Sim Aloo.
Both are Imperial Council Members, and Sim is the Senior Political advisor to Emperor Palpatine. (the paler guy with the red shirt).
