Can I be the NEW City Representative?

I feel that I have carried out the responsibilities of the City Representative for some time now & it would be nice to be recognized as such. If anyone supports this change or rejects it, please elaborate.

 

I support re-evaluating our CR position. It has been like 3 years since we had our 1st meeting and decided on a CR.
