Can species cross-breed in the GFFA?

I'm sure it's a case-by-case thing. Human species can obviously cross marry and cross breed thoughout the galaxy. However, I can't imagine a human / hutt mix. Where the heck would you... ummm... stick "it".

There might also be something that science can help with. Test tube babies are a thing of the long-gone past in the SW universe. There's got to be some scientific solutions to cross breeding two incompatible beings.

 

With human male and female Twi lek couples, if I were the guy I'd be careful where she puts those sharpe teeth
