Can X-Box games be played on the PC?

    The subject title says it all--is there a way to play X-Box games on a PC?

    For the record, lets just say no and stay well away from the brown area we know as emulation.

    Any console game or handheld game can be played or will be possible to play on a PC. But were not allowed to talk about it here. :p
