RSA = Regional Support Admin.

They moderate your regional forums and post your regional News/Events.

They answer to People like me AKA Global Support

I've already started to rethink my decision regarding going to the Celebration. If all my cards are played the right way, Debby and I will make the trip.

Right now, there are to many variables to consider before I can give a final decision.

My new job is the major factor in the planning of any trip. I will know more in the coming months.
