    For those who wish to watch the game in the company of fellow Canadian Hockey lovers, I will be opening my home for those wish to come and watch it with me.

    Place: My Place (email me if you don't already know where I live.)
    Time: Game starts at 3:00pm (and the party is over after the game)
    Date: Sunday February 24th
    Please bring: Your own pop and chips

    WOW, now that's something you don't hear everyday........THOROLD, not St.Catharines, but Thorold....mentioned on the Olympic telecast!! Yes, Owen Nolan is from Thorold....lived just down my street, Tupper Dr., and his mother used to drive everybody nuts bragging about "Our Owen"...hee hee

    If you wanna know the truth from the Intos thread...I had ONE beer, and a glass of "dr zip" with jack daniel's. lol. So....I didn't have a lot, but I swear they were TRYING to get me drunk. Oly kept telling me to get a another beer.

    Heh, heh....my Mum is a huge hockey fan....and she couldn't handle the pressure after they tied it up in the second period. By the end of the game......she was corked!!!! L [face_shocked] L

    And don't worry about Graeme missing the game.....we saved his life by having a television set up in the car for him on the way home from the retreat!!!!!!!!! :D

    When a bottle is filled to the top with wine....it is then "corked".

    When a person is filled to the top with wine....he is usually also "corked"....LOL

    I'm sure a lot of people thought I was "corked" last nite as we went to Graeme and Nick's playoff game in the van.... honking our horn and madly waving our Canadian flag out the window!!!! Groups of people everywhere, and almost every car we passed, shouted, honked, and waved back at us.....isn't it great to be Canadian!!!!

    .....and the Stars won btw...their game was as exciting as the one on TV!!!!! YAY!!!!! :D
