I'm trying to track done all fan audio productions based on cannon material. So far I've got:

Knights of the Old Republic: Crossroads by William Simpson

    Jawa Raiders by Steve Fluharty

The Old Timer's Tale by Steve Fluharty

    Prey by Steve Fluharty

Omega Squad: Targets by Dany Pepin

Resurrection by Ted Alderman and Bryan Henry

Does anyone know of anything else produced or in-production?

That's about it, but you've got one mistaken.

Jawa Raiders is not an adaptation of Canon materials. It's an adaptation of a fan comic, which, in and of itself, was also fan fiction.

And there's a bit of a unique situation with Omega Squad: Targets, in that Dany Pepin knows and is on quite good terms with the story's writer, Karen Traviss.

I wish more people would adapt canon liturature. I plan on doing so eventually. Unfortunately I will be away for two years on a mission for my church so it will have to wait.

Well, I'm in the process of adapting some canon works... but it's still extremely early pre-production, and very hush-hush. (Feel free to check out the casting call though- Star Wars: Marvels.)
