As of 2 days ago they were supposed to have been shooting in Atlanta.

 

And they have been... hence my post.

 

Spiderman in Civil War is confirmed.

 

Spidey is one of the things I'm dreading most in Civil War, but who knows maybe I'll actually like his character for once.

 

Or doubling for Wakanda?

There's that shantytown stuff too, but they must be doing both settings here... unless Wakanda is supposed to have double-decker buses and black London cabs.

I couldn't resist looking at the photos. Crossbones looks pretty badass as his helmet doesn't look too oversize like Arrow's Deathstroke helmet.

I don't believe Crossbones will be assassinating Cap as he did in the comic books, but perhaps some else like Aunt May.

 

More pics have shown up. Ant-Man and Scarlet Witch on set. I'm not gonna look for them because right now I feel really lazy.

It wouldn't have surprised me if that was Chris Evan handing out water.

Looks like Atlanta is doubling as Wakanda from that pic.

Yeah, I thought it might be Evans, but the thing I saw said it was his stunt double. Yes, Atlanta is the setting for Wakanda (they created a whole town for it in downtown) and also apparently doubling for London (see pics and discussion earlier in this thread). Maybe other settings too, I'm not sure. It sounds like they'll also be doing some interior shooting at a studio building here too.

 

Breaking News!

I heard it from my cousin who heard it from his best friend who heard it from his grandfathers second cousins daughter who's working on the set that (since its being filmed in Atlanta) at one point the zombie breakout happens and Rick Grimes joins the Avengers.
