Captial Ships of NR, IR, and YV

Hey, I got all three factions nto 2 letter abreviations... anyways, what are their most powerful and weakest capital ships? I know the Imperials, SSD's and ISD-II's... What about the NR and the YV?

Those are most of the NJO era warships.

The big combat ship for the YV is the Kor Chokk grand cruiser, although the worldships are larger.

You can find pictures and stats for the Nebula (apparently mis-named defender class star destroyer) and Bothan Assault Crusier at the WotC website. It's with the SotG preview I think.

 

Since when did the New Republic have Super Star Destroyers?

 

Two, the Lusankya and Gaurdian. Assuming of course the Vong haven't destroyed them.

where did they get or build them? the empire didnt have many and most were destroyed and i dont remember the NR ever building any.

 

I don't think the Super star destroyers ever made it out of the x-wing series. I have read every book taking place after ROTJ except for the x-wing books,junior jedi and young jedi knights, none f the books ever metioned them.

 

Lusankya was surrendered to Rogue Squadron (in bad shape), which concluded the Battle of Thyferra and the Bacta War. It's bow had to be totally repaired at Hast, and went to Bilbringi for final refits after the battle there, and before the Cloned Emperor came to power. Wedge commanded it for a good while.

The Guardian was a the warlord Admiral Drommel 16 ABY. It was sent to the 3rd fleet, where the 3rd and 5th fleets beat down the Imperials to where their territory is during the NJO era.

I have no idea if they're still around during the NJO era. Probably, but they might have been scrapped after peace with the Empire.

 

Not likely. SSDs are a big asset, and at most the NR would have just mothballed them after the Chimaera Accords. I want to see an extremely lopsided duel between an SSD and a Kor Chokk! Bring on the big mamas

 

Play the games; read the comics. Yessir, lots and lots of ships for you to eyeball in those.
