Capture Card Help

    Hey, I just bought a Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator 80.
    But It doesnt seem to work.
    I own a dell 8300 4gig processor a Gig of ram and a 80 gigs of memory.

    after checking the support site it looks like this doesnt want to work with my dell.
    So I need your guys suggestions for some afforable capture cards that will work for my system.

    This is what I am trying to capture. I am trying to take soming the from my DVD player and Capture the VCD and render it to a DVD.
    Please help.
    If any of you live in San Francisco and have one to sell or give away. I would be Eternally Gratefull. I would even through in The Spiderman Cartoon Series fromt the 90's. Thats what I'm trying to capture.

    A little more info then that would be nice. Like the exact name and price. Im tring to keep my cost below 100 dollars.
    what type of compture do you have.

    Or maybe if anyone knows of any software that can rip the Video information of a VCD. and then I could use my software to convert it into a DVD.
