    Sounds like it will be awhile before that happens given the organization that will need to be done. Here in the UK memorial services can take place months after the person's death.

    There will probably be a snippet of it in the news, but as for live coverage, you'll more likely have to look for it on specialised channels. Momentous as her passing is, it doesn't quite warrant a State funeral. Heartbreakingly sad, but true.

    That was days and days, and hours and hours, of coverage. I'm just asking if some channel will show the public memorial, you know the part where people make speeches. No need to see a coffin driven by a chariot at 5mph for an hour and show the faces of all the mourners weeping.

    Also it's not like we haven't already had plenty of televised tributes to Carrie and/or Debbie, plus I imagine they'll both get spotlighted at some of the big award ceremonies.

    If any of y'all have HBO Carrie and Debbie's doc will air this sat. It's going to be hell to watch but I am def going to. Just the trailer alone should make broken heart doubters reverse their view. Oh it's gonna be a hard watch.

    There's thousands of TV channels. Not one of them ever shows public memorials for when someone famous dies? I remember there being days-long coverage of freaking Anna Nicole Smith's death and funeral one summer on the regular cable news. There has to be a channel somewhere for this kind of stuff.

    Diana is titled Princess of Wales, but she is not styled as princess because she is not a princess.

    Catherine is titled a duchess, but she is not styled as princess because she is not a princess.

    Both bear courtesy titles, which are derived from their spouses. These are different from substantive titles and titles in suo jure-- compare with the Dukedom of Cambridge and the title and style of Prince of the U.K. for a William.

    Also, go with the Court Circular (or Debrett's, if you must go unofficial), not Wiki.
