    Celia - Cece
The Ship wreck - AH POODOOO!

"Well then I will rip your arm off." Zelia simply said and extended her hand. Cece went to move back, but she suddenly felt a strong tugging at her arm, making her stumble forward. Cece barely was able to maintain standing upright. She was furiously trying to figure out her next, if not last move, when suddenly the woman broke out into laughter.

"Just kidding. Go ahead girl, seal this tomb. Obviously all kind of vermin crawls into it when you leave the door open." Then the woman slowly turned and made her way into the lounge. As the woman turned, Cece gave the woman a look, knowing she had just been insulted. But right now, that was nothing. She could almost grin at it. Dark humor. Not so bad. She had dealt with that before. Just never with someone who really COULD rip your arms off, without touching you. But still, she was alive. And she was inside. Cece moved back, to find the mechanism that Elois had told her about, to close the other door. Once that was done, she breathed a sigh. At least she could rest. If she could find someplace to start a fire...

"The bounty hunters ship hasn´t landed, by the way. It crashed. I followed them to it and their engines are gone." the woman stated, as she hissed the words out. "Vek!" was Cece's reply. So it was true. Well, that sucked rocks major. She might be able to do some kind of repairs, but if that part was true, then it meant that something else would have to be taken care of first. Wonderful. Cece peeked behind the woman, looking to see what the next room looked like. Did she know that this was where Elois had been? She had to know, why else would she be here? But she appeared to be looking for something. That probably wasnt good. She just hoped that whatever she found, was not working. Or better yet, not here! Cece had a thought. "You...happen to know how many hunters there are? she asked. Cece pulled out her small light, and lit up the area, being careful not to shine it out against the walls. "If I can take a look around.. I might be able to find something useful. I've got some tech skills. If not ... " Cece grew quiet. She didnt know how much to say, or not say. And right now, she really just wanted to get dry, and perhaps eat something. She wasn't sure if she would be able to sleep. Scrack a rock and a hard place! She was stuck between a crazy force user, and a DEAD force user, with a few extra unknown elements on the side. Right now, a rock sounded like a lovely place to be stuck to. Cece sat on the floor, looking around. She didnt want to get in the womans way. Besides, she might find something of interest out here anyway. Who said everything had to be in the locked up area.

Cece began to scan the area carefully. If she coudlnt find anything useful, she would look for a place she could set a tiny fire. Enough to dry her things. She would have to keep it small, and smoke free. She really wished she had a heater. She might be able to jury rig some power..maybe. She wasnt sure. This was an old ship. BUT..that might alert the hunters. A power blip might show up. She wondered about Elois last statement. That she would 'use' him. How does a force user use a ghost? These guys really were strange.

    These guys. Those guys.
    Us.

Oh. It made her head hurt. Cece continued her searching. Maybe she would get lucky. He did mention a workroom. Maybe she would find some useful components. If the woman cleared the space, Cece would take a peek.

    Eliza Thorn
    Riverside

“What? You alright?” Han had turned to her, a little aggravated at her urgency.

Eliza heard his voice, somewhere in the back of her head, and yet she wasn’t really paying attention again. Another voice was too powerfully present, too strong. She could almost feel it echo inside of her body and shake her bones. She shivered, knowing her skin had turned pale.

Warn him, and he’ll be first, little Eliza. Warn him and I’ll take him tonight. Or do you want to save him? Do you want me to spare him? A word about me and nothing will be able to keep him alive. Nothing.

It was playing with her. Toying with her emotions. She stared into Han’s eyes then, wondering. Did she want to save him? Why should she even try to save him? He had protected her here, but was that a blessing or a curse? She felt her eyes began to well with tears, so she forced her face away from his. He would only ask questions. . .and she couldn’t handle those right now. She knew then - she didn’t want him to die.

“Nothing, nothing. I'm fine.” She looked back at him again, trying to smile extra big. Though the tears still glittered on the edge of her eyes. “I was just making sure you were listening to me.” She made a nervous laugh, walking away a little bit. “So we’re gonna set up camp here?”

ooc: Sirak approved, kinda. she said we can take a few liberties with what else we find, as long as it isn´t anything too fancy.

    Zelia
    The Wreck

"The hunters? The ship isn´t that big. Maybe a dozen? Don´t worry, nothing Lorn could not handle, I am sure. He is after all the most dangerous predator on this planet, I assume." She smirked. Except herself, maybe. That had to be seen in due time. "And if you wanna make yourself useful, look if you find a working plasma cutter or something." She said that with a smile, as she neared the table in the midst of the dusty, rusty old lounge. a body lay there, still wearing the Jedi Robes he had probably on him most of his life. And on his chest lay what she had come for. A metal hilt, openings on both sides and a powerful energy-cell on both sides. A well made weapon, indeed. Made for eternity. The question was . . .

Calling it to her hand the two golden-yellow blades appeared immediately from both sides of the hilt. A grin made it´s way onto her face as she allowed the Jedi´s weapon to circles around her hands. "Bet you haven´t seen one of those in your life, have you?" The grin dissappeared. "A Jedi´s weapon." She whispered and for a moment she remembered her first lightsaber and how her father had . . .

Memories were traitors. She pushed it aside and looked at the girl. She did not even know her name. "You are Lorn´s little girlfriend are you? Seen you two in the woods." She remarked with a mocking grin. "A bit young for his age, but I guess he did not have that many options did he?" She almost burst in laughter. Was she actually jealous? Maybe.

The girl looked tired, exhausted. Zelia wondered if she would make it. How long she would make it. a place like this got them all sooner or later, she supposed. This planet was death. Zelia could feel it in the force.

    Cece - Celia
    The Wreck

Cece asked the woman about the hunters. The response she got made her blink. "The hunters? The ship isn´t that big. Maybe a dozen? Don´t worry, nothing Lorn could not handle, I am sure. He is after all the most dangerous predator on this planet, I assume." Cece made a face. What was that supposed to mean? This woman sure had a strange sense of humor. But Cece found herself liking it in a way. Better than the crying female, and the loud mouth guy. But Lorn being the most dangerous predator on the planet? Didnt this woman feel .. that other thing? But before she could really think much more about it, the woman spoke up once more.

"And if you wanna make yourself useful, look if you find a working plasma cutter or something." She said that with a smile, as she neared the table in the midst of the dusty, rusty old lounge. Okay. that was something Cece could do. And it would get her mind off of other things. She dropped her pack, but kept her weapons on her, as she moved in behind the woman, to start searching for equipment she could use to work on things, and if there was a cutter or something similar around. Cece wrinkled her nose at first, as she stepped in, and then she saw it. A body. Elois's body. And he was wearing the same clothing that Cece had seen him in. It was strange. She knew he was in there... but still. Just seeing what was left of his body, was strange. What drew Cece's attention was the woman's actions. She made a bee line for a metal item that was on his body. She stretched out her hand, and the thing flew into her
hand. Cece watched the woman, as she stared at the object for a moment, and then..

There was a strange sound, and then two golden-yellow light blades appeared immediately from both sides of the hilt. Cece jumped back, and then watched, her mouth open. Is that - A LIGHT sword?! More like a light pole. Why didnt Elois tell her about THAT!? Cece watched with fascination, as the woman circled it around with her hands, listening to the humming sound it made. The woman grinned.

"Bet you haven´t seen one of those in your life, have you?" Cece shook her head, watching the light with a grin like the tech she was. She would LOVE to take that thing apart and see how it worked! It was just too awesome! "A Jedi´s weapon." the woman whispered, and Cece remembered herself, as the woman's tone of voice changed. She quickly looked over at the woman once more, and noticed she was not smiling. She was looking at Cece now.

"You are Lorn´s little girlfriend are you? Seen you two in the woods." She remarked with a mocking grin. GIRLFRIEND?!?!?! Cece thought to herself, rather shocked at THAT title. I mean, he was nice and all. She didnt judge him immediately like the others had. And he had saved her life several times already. And at least he cared, unlike the others who had left her to die..

Cece quickly stopped that train of thought when the woman mentioned seeing them in the woods... ??!?! Cece remembered feeling like she was being watched..before that toothy creature attacked? Had that been her? The woman continued. "A bit young for his age, but I guess he did not have that many options did he?" She had a mocking look on her face, while Cece turned, praying that she was NOT blushing, even if she did feel as if a heatwave was now creeping up her neck. "He's a little old.." she muttered quietly, as she threw herself into looking around in the space, for what equipment was available. But she didnt like going so close to Elois's body. That was just, it just felt wrong.

Cece looked around. There was a corner of the room, that was out of the way. She bit down on her lip tightly, and then grabbing a corner of Elois's clothing, she gently tugged and nuged the remains to the corner, to get it out of the way. She was worried the woman might do something to the body, even though she didnt really have a clue, as to WHAT. But it just seemed more polite, to move the body and get it out of the way. Then after a deep sigh, she dug into the area with earnest. She soon found a tool chest tucked away in what looked like a small workbay. With a grin, Cece opened the chest. An Actinic Luminator! Cece clicked off her lightsource, and turned on the small torch. A steady beam of light flickered to life, and lit up the area. Perfect. It made Cece feel a bit better. Something more that she was familiar with. The light torch was cool, but she doubted the woman would let her look at it too closely, so she would stick with what she knew. Cece reached back, and pulled up her hair, and then dragged to tools closer to the desk, so that she could see what was inside, and set the torch so she could disperse more light.

    Hmm.

Antistatic Generator. A small one. That might be useful if she got a chance to work on the pad. Autowrench, Circuit Fuser, Demagnetizer.. all standard tools. Nothing too high tech here, but still, beter than nothing. Ohhh, an Electrospanner. Molecular toolkit. Hmm.Cece frowned a bit, as she pulled out a piece of equipment. EZ1? Food tech? That was kinda wierd. AHA!...Cece dove into the box, and pulled up a small device. A fusion cutter and fusion pen and a hydroclamp. Yes, That would be useful, to work on her stuff. A lumi-rod. A hrow away light source. That was good. She could work with this. Some wire, and small bits of stuff. Screws, clamps, solder gun, oh yeah.

An F-187! A slightly upgraded version of the other other fusion cutter. Grabbing the tool, she wondered if the ship's table still had enough power to deal with the item, or would it run of it's battery power for awhile. It probably would, but she wasnt sure for how long. Depending on what it was used for. She held up the item. "Found a fusion cutter." Cece told the woman, as she laid it on the table. She pulled the other tools over, and then walked back to her items. She sat down hard on the floor. She was glad she had found the other stuff, but now she was really tired. And she was still wet. She needed a tiny, safe fire. She could really start one now with the items she had found. She slowly stood up, and moved to chest, digging around. She didnt find what she needed. She looked over towards the lounge area, and taking out a knife, she cut a small bit of the bottom of the couch. She then searched around, and pooled together some metal, finding what looked like some type of pan or maybe a bucket, large enough to build a fire in. She used the fusion pen, laying it next to the piece of material to spark a tiny fire. She then moved the pan, taking it out of the lounge area, and into the main area, that she had locked up. She looked around, scrounging up other trash in the area that would burn, but kept it small. In the enclosed place, it should heat up fine. She reached into her pack.

The packaged foodstuff was ok, but the meat that Lorn had fixed early would need to be eaten now, or it would go bad. She found a piece of metal, to stick it on, and put over the fire. She didnt want to re-cook it, just warm it up, so it would be good to eat. Besides, if there were animals hunting about, she didnt want to give them too much of a scent to come play with. Hopefully, with the doors closed, it would not be a problem. She looked at the tools, and thought about using them to heat the stuff, but it might suck up whatever power they had left to them, so she knixed that idea. She sat close to the fire, hoping it would dry her out. Then she could see to her other stuff. Her pack should have saved most of the stuff, but she would check it later. She was so tired.

When the meat became warmed, she pulled off a piece. Cece just shrugged. She tasted it. Still seemed pretty good to her. She looked over at the woman she was now sharing a space with.

"You want any?" she asked. Cece warmed a few pieces, and pulled out a water packet. She would need to grab some more water soon. But between the excitement of the day, and all the running and falling, and swimming...she just leaned back against the wall, taking a large sip from the packet of water, and then laying it down. Wait a minute. Didnt Elois say there was a sleeping area on this barge? Cece pushed herself up. It was an effort. She then went back into the lounge area, this time to the back, and began to look for another door. She found it, and pushed the locking device. She then grabbed the handle with both hands, and began to pull and tug at the ancient door. It slowly slid open. Sleeping quarters, just like he had said. It beat laying on the floor. And no bodies here. Maybe there were other personal effects. He had said he had arrived her with others. Cece started to search, chewing on a bit of meat as she did.

Eliza and her odd behavior continued to be a mystery to him. Just when he thought he was actually starting to break through, she would throw up another roadblock to shut him out. Something was still bothering her - he could see it in her eyes. The problem was she seemed to be too stubborn or maybe too proud to admit that to some lowlife criminal like him. That certainly wasn't a new concept to him, but it was unnerving at best. It had now reached the point where Han was beginning to wonder whether it was even worth it or if he was simply wasting his time. She only wanted to see if he was listening? What kind of a response was that?

    Strike one.

One corner of his mouth curved into a half-smile, but to some, it may have appeared to be a borderline sneer. "You know, sweetheart," he drawled as she attempted to move away, his eyes following her every step. "There's more than one way to grab my attention."

"So, we're going to set up camp here?" Eliza asked with a nervous chuckle. To her, it was business as usual and it was hard to tell whether his comment had the desired effect of getting under her skin.

    Well, that was strike two.

Going back to the question, he seemed to recall that the stormtrooper and the Weequay had been inquiring about the same thing before Eliza interrupted. They were now looking to him for answers and he couldn't help but smile. It was about time they saw reason. He could get behind this new setup and hopefully, it didn't turn out to be strike three...

"Not exactly," he replied, looking first at Eliza and then the stormtrooper, Navarr and the Weequay in turn. "While we need to stick close to the river, this is too close." He indicated their surroundings with a sweeping gesture. "We need higher ground to sleep, like somewhere up on that ridge. It may not look like much, but it's a hell of a lot safer than getting caught in a freak rain storm and being flooded out. We'll still be able to see the river from there and in the morning, we can make our way back here and start downstream to see where it dumps us."

He allowed his gaze to fall on each of them one last time before grabbing some of their supplies and slinging them over his shoulder. Without waiting for a response, he started to move. "C'mon."

Nodding at the words of Solo he stepped out of the way to follow the man to higher ground. Hopefully this night would yet prove uneventful, but somehow he doubted that it would.

Of course there was an added reason besides the horror of rain to consider, he worried about being by the water when all the beasts of the land came to drink. And at such a prime location of gathering his mind turned back to the fear of the water by the insects. At the time he had considered it to be merely of drowning and compared it to his own fear having come from a desert world. But on a world such as this that is lush, water was common as Solo pointed out. Flooding might even be common. So why be willing to mass the banks but not skim the water?

Looking at it one last time he snorted softly before waving for the others to follow. It was time to seek higher ground and the vote had been decided between the males of the group. How tribal.

    Zelia
    Wreck

She took the cutter and smiled. A little present for her lost love. She was almost becoming a romantic.

"Old, yes he is old. Indeed." She smiled at the girls comment. And then the girl dissappeared into the sleeping rooms. Zelia ignored her offering for food. She was not hungry. And if she was, she preferred to hunt her own meat. Yet she wondered if Lorn gave her the food. He cared for that girl. He really, deeply cared for her survival. And Zelia had the girl. There was potential in that situation. At least a permanent peace offering, now that she knew he had lost none of his power.

"Was there a reptile with a metal arm?" Zelia asked and looked over to the girl. The tired little girl wanted to go asleep. She nodded. Questions in the morning.

For now she had work to do. With a move of her thumb she activated the cutting tool and began to work.

    Cece - Celia
    The Wreck

The strange woman took the cutter and smiled. She wondered what she planned to do, or make, but really, Cece was just too tired to care at the moment. She had other fish to fry. Boy, she wished she had some caffa right now.

The woman didnt seem interested in any of her food, so as Cece picked up and chewed on another slice, she explored the sleeping rooms, hoping that their prior occupants left something behind that might be interesting. As Cece searched around, she managed to find another poncho, which she happily took. She liked poncho's much better, and its warmth was appreciated as she moved about. As she began to dig her way though one of the closets, she heard the woman ask. "Was there a reptile with a metal arm?" Cece stopped her search, and stuck her head out of the closet. The woman was looking her way.

She walked back to the door, giving a slight yawn. "Yes. Same creepy dude I saw from the ship. He was in another pod we found. Right before the bugs attack, and I took a swim."

She grew quiet, as she watched the woman start up the cutter. With another yawn, she grabbed her pack, and went back into the sleeping quarters. Cece took her light, and began to look around. She really wanted to work on the other equipment, but between the running, the swimming, the drowning, and all the walking she did, she was tired. But as tired as she was, she was unsure just how well she could sleep with that woman next door. Cece softly snorted. If this woman was ANYTHING like Lorn, she could make her dead, before she even had a chance to put her finger to the trigger. But, had to be something about Force using people, or else the Jedi would not have ended up so dead. She also thought about asking the woman about the 'IT'...but she decided that could be a subject for the morning. Cece moved in, and went all the way to the back of the sleeping area. She climbed up picking a bunk. Something that she could, if it became necessary, to defend from. Boy, was THAT a joke. She climbed up...and the bed felt SOOOOO good. 'Thanks, Elois...' she whispered softly. She put her pack in front of her, as she finished up the rest of her meal.

The rifle, she wrapped the strap tightly around her, the weapon pointed down, under her new poncho. She laid there for a moment, and then realized, as good as the bed felt, she felt uncomfortable. Too bad Elois coudlnt warn her of anything, while she slept. Then again, that guy had his own problems. This room just felt .. too OPEN for Cece's taste. She shimmed back down, but first she put something under the covers to make it look like she was still up there. She then silently climbed into one of the small storage/closet spaces. Pulling the door closed behind her, she took some other covers she had taken from the bed, and curled up tightly, like she had slept on board the ship, her pack behind her. This felt more comfortable, when she was alone. She could touch the walls and doors around her. The rifle was pointed outwards, ready to deal with whatever might attack the door. Cece yawned once more. before snuggling down into her cozy quarters.
She had a feeling tomorrow was going to be busy. She needed some rest. The equipment she carried could wait. She might be able to even use what was left of the ships computers to find out more. With that nice thought, she drifted off to sleep.
'Nite Lorn.' she thought to herself, as she felt sleep finally beginning to talk hold.

    ooc: Did someone say Ghost?

    Losot
    Jungle

The Weequay did not believe in ressurrection. But they did believe in damnation. And like any species they had their own stories told around campfires about restless or even walking dead.

But Losot looked at his hands and felt the grass and he somehow knew it were not his hands and there was actually not really grass. Or was it him not truly being there?

Insanity had crawled into his life and he could not ignore the irony his death had obviously not released him from this burden, but accelrated his damnation.
He got up and stretched himself. There was work to do. He had come back for a reason, had he? Voices so distant he barely remembered them seemed to tell him so. There was always a reason. And his was his flesh and blood.

"Meset, I am coming boy. I am coming." With a grin on his leathery features he stomped into the darkeneing jungle as night fell. Losot had the strong feeling he had not to fear the dark. He had become part of the reason the living feared dark. Because deep, deep down they probably knew . . . they were not entirely alone in it.

    The Stormtrooper
    Higher Ground

The Stormtrooper looked at Meset, as he implied he should hand out his sidearm and then replied the suggestion with a „very funny“. He did not show it in any logical behavior, but he seemed to be still very aware who he was dealing with. Then he turned and seemed to circle the group, looking for something. Once they had decided to seek higher ground he nodded and wordless took lead, as the group made their way there. A few minutes later they could still hear the river nearby, but now the night was already falling. The other group had taken the tents and good equipment, but rations and blankets they had.

“I will take the first watch.” The Stormtrooper announced stoically. Indeed he seemed not as exhausted as the others.

But Eliza had the feeling he was looking at her for a long moment, just before he turned and took his place at a nearby tree.

If someone disagreed he probably did so with great problems, for they all had become incredibly tired. The walk upstream maybe, or the thin air on the planet. Anyway, they felt all like sleep tried to overwhelm them. All except Eliza, who felt something else . . . the presence still there and lurking.

“Good girl.” The voice whispered. “Go to sleep now. Your dreams will lead you the way, my dearest good girl.”

Count Elzo, Lisa, Bom, Anora and Sed Cole
    The Jungle

Anora had returned an hour later and had found all her orders had been followed. The rations and equipment had been equally shared and prepared for the walk into the darkness of the night. Funny enough, they had no long walk before them. Quite nearby Anora had foubnd a perfect spot to set camp. A small cave was nearby hidden in the hills, a few trees had collapsed and they created a natural barer to two sides. Easy to defend, protected from view, they began to set up their tents there.
They had to hurry a bit, as the light quickly vanished. They also fought tiredness, which suddenly seemed to spread like a plaque. A long, exhausting day made most of them very, very sleepy. Except Lorn, who obviously still felt the bristling power of his anger surging through his body, like an echo of the power he had invoked. It usually did not stay so long with you. It was as if he had taken a drug, but in a more pure form than ever before. The aftershock of being intoxicated with the most cold and deadly force of the universe, which was nevertheless bringing pleasure. And like any drug it demanded a high price if taken in larger doses.
Anora was already asleep in her tent. She had intended to stay awake to guard her son in her arms, with the gun still firm in her hands, but had not been able to keep her eyes open. The same was true for all others now. “Who takes guard?” The Count asked and yawned, his Twi´lek companion was already asleep and resting on his shoulder.
Bom was sitting at the little fire they had dared to make and was snorting peacefully.

    Obviously there weren´t many options . . .

    Elois Labal and IT
    The Wreck

The moment Cece gave in was the moment she fell into a deep and irresistible slumber. And she dreamt, almost as she had expected to probably. She was back on the shores of the small lake that was fed by the waterfall she had used to escape the bugs. Next to her, now alive and not transparent at all stood Elois Labal, in full Jedi clothing and stared out at the water.

“It found me, Cece. It found me and this time there is no escape. Actually, I don´t want to escape. This had been too long, too exhausting. Not even in death I found peace.” He sighed and turned his head towards her. “There is no way to kill it, so many have tried. There is no way to survive this planet, for this planet is soaking with the need for death. IT is this planet in many ways, I believe.” He gave Cece a sad smile and then slowly turned back to the lake. “There is only one way for you and your friends . . . you need to escape, or you will all die.”

In the room next door Zelia was not tired at all, as she worked at the bench. But he awareness seemed to grow sharper even. She felt empowered in a way. And then there it was. The presence that was all to familiar.

“Hello my dear.” The voice came from behind and it was mocking, aggressive and full of self-esteem. “Long time no see.” And indeed the man was familiar, more so than the man she had a few hours ago. Behind her stood Lorn of Lorsai, Slayer of Worlds.

ooc: @ALL OF YOU: To clearify, except those who were mentioned to be "very awake" you all grow terribly, terribly tired. Tired to such an extend it won´t be possible to stay awake for more than one more post and only if that one does not cover more than a minute. Those who are "awake" will feel absolutely awake and won´t be able to sleep even if they want to.

    Cece - Celia
    The Wreck

It did not take long at all for Cece to fall into a deep sleep. She was so tired, and even after everything that had happened, and this strange woman, she just could not stay awake, even if she had wanted to. Tucked deep within her cozy spot, she had a dream. She wasnt surprised. Not after Elois had disappeared.

In her dream, Cece was back on the shores of the small lake that was fed by the waterfall she had used to escape the bugs. Next to her, now alive and not transparent at all stood Elois Labal, in full Jedi clothing and stared out at the water. She looked at him. Seeing him so normal looking felt strange. As she stood, looking around at the current
    setting, Elois spoke to her.

“It found me, Cece. It found me and this time there is no escape. Actually, I don´t want to escape. This had been too long, too exhausting. Not even in death I found peace.” He sighed and turned his head towards her. Cece felt very strange. She was used to being a loner, but even though she did not really know this being, she felt sorry for him. She wished that she could help him, if nothing else, to help him find some rest. As she took a step or two closer, Elois continued to speak. “There is no way to kill it, so many have tried. There is no way to survive this planet, for this planet is soaking with the need for death. IT is this planet in many ways, I believe.”

Cece stopped, feeling the hairs on the back of her neck rise. A death planet? But there were other animals here too. Like the things in the trees. Could an entire planet be geared to death? The very thought made her shiver, as Elois gave her a sad smile and then slowly turned back to stare at the lake. “There is only one way for you and your friends . . . you need to escape, or you will all die.”

Cece watched him stare into the lake. "But, if IT... or this planet can snatch ships out of the sky, how are we to escape?" she asked him softly. She hated bothering him, really. He was looking at death. Full death now, possibly. But she had to know, what little he did know. "Is .. is there anything I can do to help you? she asked him." She felt a
bit frustrated. Elios had not really told her much. But she did know a bit more than she had before. Some of it, she already had felt. But the stuff he said about her, she was still trying to figure it out. He said he would try to help her, but so far, he really had not been able to do much. Maybe he just ran out of time. The crazy lady had the Jedi's light
stick. That would have been nice to know about earlier. And there were still a lot of hunter's out there. Maybe if she was lucky, they would get stalked as well.

Cece wondered about the woman in the ship. And like Elios had told her earlier, IT was sneaky. It was hard to trust one's eyes. But she had felt the wrongness earlier. Maybe thats all she had. But she had to try. She was a tech. Maybe with the stuff she found here, and that datapad, if they found the other ship, she could get it working again. Maybe, it didnt effect all drives. It might not even be the drives. It could be the people's minds it was effecting. That would be harder to get around.

Cece stayed silent, watching Elois. This might be a lie too. But she didnt think so. It felt .. It felt more real, than some of the other things that had happened so far. She stayed silent, watching the area around the both of them. This was a dream. So, she would learn what she could. She always believed that some things could be learned from dreams. Even more so than in the real world. Another thought came to her. They had found another pod. So some other people had landed on the planet as well. What if there were more? Was this lady responsible for the Kel Dorr they had first ran into? Or was there others here as well?

Cece sighed deeply. She needed more information. But maybe tomorrow, she would be able to find Lorn. That would be a start. Cece waited to see if Elois would speak again...while within the confines of her sleeping space on the ship, Cece shifted slightly, as she curled tightly within her poncho, sleeping soundly.

"No, nothing can be done to help the dead in this realm." He answered her last question first. then he did something he had not done before. He leaned over to her, so close he could whisper into her ear. "IT cannot take ships down. That is it´s greatest weakness. The red light you see in clear night on the other side of they valley . . . two or three days by foot . . . this is some sort of facility. A temple of it were ancient creatrues worship IT. There is a machine they use to make those ships crash. If this machine is disturbed, destroyed or deactivated . . . when a vessel is present . . . you could ESCAPE."

Elois looked at her, still whispering as if someone could otherwise probably hear them. "Of all those who crashed here nobody ever overcame the many guardians between you and that temple, but . . ." He seemed to wigh his owrds before speaking again. "There never was someone as powerful on this planet as you have among your people. That is why he fears the Jedi. That is why he feared me and that is why . . . IT will try to kill you, this woman and Lorn first." Elois nodded and slowly withdrew. "You have to escape." It were his last words and then he was simply gone. He vanished as if he had never been there.

And far away on the shore of the lake Cece saw Jovan sitting, throwing stones into the water and obviously unaware of her.

Sleepy? Oh god, his race barely slept, but he felt so terrily sleepy now. He could not, should not give into the need to close the eyes when Lorn had begun to suspect who he was. No, no. stay awake and stay sharp. now more than ever. The gun. He held the gun in his hands as if it could keep him awake, but he felt how his body lay down in the tent. his eyes were so heavy and he just . . . wanted . . . to . . . sleep.

    But you must not.

and a combined with LordT as . . . in his greatest role.

    Zerr
    Coruscant, Years earlier

He knelt. He, the Master of the Hive knelt before a man who was Master of so much more than one hive. The old man csat in his chair and radiated an auro of unlimited confidence. Couldn´t Zerr have jumped up there and ripped out his throat? No, he could not. Not because of the red-clothed guards at both sides of the thrones, not because of the heavy breathing, darkly armored man who watched the scene from afar. Zerr could not harm this man, because this man would not allow him to. Such a man could kill with the pure wish to bring death to his enemies. Zerr knew the man. He had eyperienced nightmares about him. This man was a creature worthy of the his title. Emperor.

"So can you indeed do what they say? Can you breed power?" The question was asked with a low, hissing tone. Fascination was in hte old man´s eyes, but also the promise of death if he did not answer correctly.

"I breed the Vasa. The guardians of my people. What power do they have, if your servants smashed all of them in a single night?" Zwerr asked, looking up and lowering his head immediately again.

"None." The Emperor replied directly and waved his hand. One of the crimson-robed guards stepped behind Zerr and brought him to his feet. "None at all. But maybe the weak have vanquished for a reason, Zerr. What do you think I want from you?" A smile curled around those old lips. Zerr looked around and saw the black armored knight, the blue skinned commander hwo had captured him. Then he looked back at the face of the old man. "A new breed. a stronger breed than my old one." Zerr answered. The Emperor nodded and leaned back again. With a wave of his hand Zerr found hismelf dragged away. "Bring him to Mount Tantiss. He shall proof he can do what he claims he can. And if he fails, he shall die."

Zerr allowed himself to be dragged away. He allowed himself to be treated a slave and he would continue to do so. For his breed had indeed become weak and this breed here promised so much more power. He would learn their ways, understand their methods and once he had the perfect breed . . . he would send them against those infidels and watch them die. And then they would understand, you did not give a hive-master his hive without paying the price.

He looked back once more and saw the Emperor turn away on his throne. And there was a smile. Did the man know of his thoughts?

    Could that be?

What do you know of true power.

The words echoed in his mind, as if the Emperor had spoken to him and Zerr screamed out in terror, as he realized he might have made a terrible mistake.

    Damn buckethead...

All Han could do was scowl as they reached the crest of the hill where they were to make camp for the night. He couldn't even explain how it happened, but somehow, the trooper had assumed the lead and was back to his usual bossy self. In the circles that Han was used to working in, that sort of behavior was a good way to get yourself killed. In fact, Han had even considered carrying out the deed himself...if he had a means of doing so. Walking around in this jungle without a blaster felt like a part of himself was missing and as a result, he was growing restless. That wasn't a good combination. Hell, it might even force him to be creative.

“I will take the first watch,” the stormtrooper announced in his typical cocky tone. It was obvious he wasn't accustomed to facing opposition. Well, Han could show him a thing or two in that department...

...right after he rested his eyes for a moment.

What the--? The exhaustion hit him like a blow to the base of the skull. One minute he was standing and in the next, he was sinking to the ground in a lethargic state. Suddenly, it no longer seemed like a good idea to confront the trooper, especially now that it became a struggle to actually keep his eyes open.

What was going on? He hadn't felt...this...tired...since--

    Cece - Celia
The Land of Dreams - The Wreck

"No, nothing can be done to help the dead in this realm." Elois told her. Cece felt a strange sadness. How do you feel sad for a man already long dead? She wasnt sure, but she did, all the same. Then he did something he had not done before, which made Cece jump at first, as he leaned over to her, so close he could whisper into her ear. "IT cannot take ships down. That is it´s greatest weakness. The red light you see in clear night on the other side of they valley . . . two or three days by foot . . . this is some sort of facility. A temple of it were ancient creatures worship IT. There is a machine they use to make those ships crash. If this machine is disturbed, destroyed or deactivated . . . when a vessel is present . . . you could ESCAPE."

Cece's eyes grew wide, as her heart fluttered. That LIGHT! She saw the light the first night here. She remembered it. They were trying to head for it before all the other stuff happened. That news made her heart skip. Cece then noticed that Elois was looking at her strangely, still whispering. She leaned close. "Of all those who crashed here nobody ever overcame the many guardians between you and that temple, but . . ." he paused thoughtfully, before speaking again. "There never was someone as powerful on this planet as you have among your people. That is why he fears the Jedi. That is why he feared me and that is why . . . IT will try to kill you, this woman and Lorn first." Elois nodded and slowly withdrew. "You have to escape." Those were to be his last words, for when Cece wanted to ask him another question - he was gone. Vanished, as if he had never been. Cece shivered. What of the crying woman? she wondered. Didnt Elois say she had the Force stuff too? But it was too late to ask now. Elois was gone.

'Thank you Elois Labal.' Cece thought to herself, as she felt her eyes water. But now, she had purpose. To save them. They just HAD to get to the temple. But...IT or HIM, knew it too. And it would try to stop them. She felt she could trust Lorn. But the woman... Cece would have to be careful. She was already scary. If IT got to her... Again, another shake. But it might pit her and Lorn against each other. That would suck too.

Cece crouched low now, scanning the lake. Was was it about this lake? As she looked out over the water, far away on the other shore, Cece saw Jovan sitting, throwing stones into the water and obviously unaware of her. Her heart sank. Was it her friend, now stuck, like Elois had been? Or was it simply a dream. A figment, that had been pulled away from her memories, and now being used against her, in the same way, Elois's memories had been used against him? Cece believed in the later. Jovan would have to have been on the ship, in order to be here?

    Wouldnt he?

Cece didnt want to think of that right now. No, she could not let herself think of that. She had to keep her mind on the plan ahead. And that plan included the living. She needed to rest first. Then see if she could crack the datapad she had. And then, she could work on finding Lorn. And get off this deathtrap.

Wait... Elois said ancient creatures. So that meant that something or someone else was activating the machine? She sighed softly. One thing at a time. She slowly moved away from the lake. She had enough of the scenery. She needed to rest. To put everything else out of her mind for now. Tomorrow would be a busy day. And she was not sure just how safe she was in this place. Maybe... just maybe,

An idea began to form. Yes. it might work.

But that was for the morning. Now, she needed to catch what little rest she could. She willed herself to walk away from the water. Sleep. She needed sleep. She yawned.

    ...

The others seemed to have the same fatigue, their movements becoming staggered and their expressions blank.

    Something wasn't right.

She noticed the trooper was speaking, but could only hear muffled echoes. An attempt to call out to him only resulted in her making a low murmur, barely audible.
He went to stand by a tree. His white armour, glaringly bright, the last thing she saw before she collapsed and gave into the overwhelming urge to sleep.

The Land of Dreams - The Lake

"You don´t need sleep, you are already sleeping, Cece."

    *EEP!*

Cece nearly cleared the small log she was standing next to near the lake, as 'Jovan' seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, standing in front of her and grinning his boyish grin. She was really beginning to hate that. Having someone materialize in front of you, even when is a dream, is a tad disturbing, to say the least. Smiling away, he continued, "You will sleep for many hours and awake well rested and safe." Obviously, his definition of safe was MILES away from hers, but she didnt say anything for now, she simply nodded.

The being that looked like 'Jovan' spread his arms. "I hope the jacket serves you well? It is pretty warming I have been told, although this is not exactly a cold planet, is it?" Cece didnt say anything, having tossed the jacket in her mad run, away from THAT place. Jovan put his head aside. A gesture so very unusual for him. "So, why you sleep, what do we do with all that time? Why don´t we . . . talk?"

IT..it wanted to talk? Why? Was it trying to learn something? Or simply liked to play its games? Or maybe.. Cece suddenly smiled, as she shrugged her shoulders. "Sure. Why not?" Cece turned, and walked away from the lake for a small distance, and finding a large rock, took a seat.

"So..wadda ya want to talk about?" She asked Jovan. "I wont ask about you, doubts you be truths up, with me anyway." she said, changing her body mannerisms, as she leaned forward, one hand on her knee. "So, whats the game? Is it multiple choice, or do we get ta roll and bogy?" Cece asked him, deliberately asking him, in terms that most would not pick up on. "I mean, if ya expects a good game, gotta know what game Im exactly playing here, dont you think? Cece pushed down all of her fear. This was her dream. That being the case, she was going to play it, like she did when she was in hostile territory on many a different planet. It also kept her mind busy and working, with an element she did understand. According to how much of 'Jovan' was in front of her, it might or might not pick up on some of her comments. It definitely did not have all of his mannerisms right. So there was .. something.

She leaned back, and reaching into her pack, hoping her dream self would have the same munchies. It did. She broke off a piece, and took a tiny nibble. "So.. whats the angle?" she finally asked him.

It wasn't long before they reached their resting spot, their chosen vantage point from which to guard throughout the night. The trooper volunteered to go first, something he at first was reticent to allow, but thought perhaps faking to sleep for a while until his shift, and then sleeping after it was Solo's. Only that didn't work.

Perhaps because he was away from the terror of water, because of the work to survive, or simple meditating for hours had not been enough. Either way, he knew the moment he let his eyes close. . .he was not going to be faking.

The thing had made them sleep. To kill them? He felt no danger approaching in hte force. To keep them from something? Maybe.

Lorn realized he could still not feel Cece. "Where are you, girl." Nor could he feel the other group. But he felt the coreworlder and her growing darkness. Soon, very soon she would strike again.

    The Land of Dreams...Yavin IV

The jungle (along with its cacophony of noises) materialized before his eyes and it left Han wondering if he had ever fallen asleep at all. It had been a seamless shift and if not for the...view, he would have assumed that dawn just came early on this planet. But it wasn't their planet. Last he checked, their planet didn't have ancient pyramids and naive farmboys craving for attention. This was a dream; Yavin, maybe? Looked that way. And if it was a dream and he was aware of his surroundings, it made him wonder...did he have control?

As if to answer his question, the kid started to speak and it soon became very clear that everything in this place was well beyond his control. Even the kid's voice sounded different somehow. It had lost some of that innocence that defined him and it was replaced with a taunting that Han had not seen in Luke before. As if that wasn't enough, they were both seated at the top of one of the highest pyramids on the planet. If he hadn't figured it out before, it was very clear now - he was in trouble.

"I'd rather not be reminded of that place, kid," he muttered under his breath, purposely avoiding eye contact with the younger man as he appeared to stare out into nothingness. "It's been a living hell. You should have never talked me into that mission."

“I’ll take the first watch.” The Stormtrooper met her eyes for only a fraction of a second before heading over towards a tree. They were all suspicious of her. All of them except Han, who was just worried. And she was too, considering the threat of death that seemed to be surrounding them all. Eliza watched as slowly they all just seemed to slug around for a second. All of them except for her.

Han even seemed to be walking and mid step collapsed to the ground. Softly snoring, even.

“Han!” Eliza was going to run to him, but then she heard that voice, rising from the recesses of her mind. That seductive, hissing voice. . .all the others were dropping into an almost lethargic sleep. She realized then that it was all him.

“Good girl. Go to sleep now. My dreams will lead you the way.” With that mirth almost always underlying it.

What are you doing? What is going on? Don’t you dare hurt Han! You promised! I didn't say anything to him! Didn't even open my mouth!

And yet Eliza doubted she could trust the voice in her head.

Which scared her more than anything else.

“Well, he won´t save you, but only join you, I guess. But he does not have to. You don´t have to be stuck here on this planet. You don´t have to die. “Oh girl, see where you came from? You would not have dreamt where you would end, would you?” When Bronwyyn opened her eyes she was back in her cabin on board the Lisander. Or do you like the jungle? You haven´t seen enough of it to fear it yet, have you?”
