Catz, Dogs, and Hamsterz

Has anyone ever played any of these games? I'm tempted to get one, but I'm not sure about the game play.

If you do have any of them, feel free to discuss them, give hints, tips, etc.

Conclusion: Cheap ripoffs of Nintendogs.

Now Nintendogs I have played, and enjoyed for a while, but eventually it got old. I don't care to get a real pet, so my virtual pet got the novelty love then was sent back to the gamestore. Still it is high quality and very responsive. If you think you'll like it, go for Nintendogs, but I wouldn't touch any of the Petz line with a 10 foot pole.

 

I played one of the old ones on the PC(Oddballz) as it came bundled, and it was I guess good.

 

I owned the original Catz and also Catz 5. I loved them. I still play the latter.

that stuff is girly and I'd perfer owning n00bs on Halo 2 than playing with your pet.

I got Quake 4 (special edition) and Doom 3 the other day, but I'll not be playing them until I've got all my uni work done.

I also opted for Nintedogs, which might arrive today or somewhen, it'll take 5-21 working days and today is the 5th day.

Could a mod change the subject to 'The Virtual Pet Thread' or 'The Official Virtual Pet Thread' if it can be made official?

 

I'm loving my puppy.

I've taught her a few tricks and she won second place in an obedience trial.

She was the least spotty dalmatian and I called her Tuples.
